I am a young female in my early 20’s I was referred to Fass by my primary doctor because of my hammertoe pains. Upon meeting dr. Fass he was pretty rude and cold, he didn’t like to answer questions and wanted to rush me out of the room as quick as possible. This «Doctor» told me he would put implants in my toes and straighten out all of my painful hammertoes, he explained that plastic implants would be better than fusion because fusion would limit my toe movement,
So I agreed (a decision I’ll forever regret) the doctor operated on 8 toes, both feet, in one surgery (this is unheard of and I was in surgery for 6 hours). The same day I came out of the surgery center, I noticed my toes were not straight, once a month passed by and the stitches were removed,‘it was obvious that my toes were not straight… instead they appeared twisted and turned, some were long some were short, I think he may have been blind folded while performing my surgery. I told the doctor my fourth toe was sticking out further than normal and he told me to tape it and it would improve, now, a few years post op, my toe is completely sticking out causing much pain with wearing closed toed shoes, my toes are crooked and a recent scan showed that there were particles of free floating bone in my toes, something fass should’ve completely cleared out. I have so much more pain now, than I did before the surgery. I cry often because I didn’t do more research on this doctor. I am embarrassed to wear open toed shoes because of how horrible my toes look. After searching for seven months I found a doctor to preform corrective surgery and remove these horrible plastic implants. I do not recommend dr fass, please consider all other options before considering this doctor. He completely botched my toes and my confidence :(

I wish I came here 4 years ago. I was referred to Dr. Fass by my primary Doctor Feghali whom I trust for over 25 years and was not sure what can be done about my feet pain since I’m on my feet good 10 hours a day, so I showed up and was greeted by the staff in an awesome welcoming environment and didn’t have to wait around for a long time like other doctors offices. Meet doctor Fass and been on cloud 9 since. He made a difference in my daily life walking around and ordered inserts to help my high Arash. Something I didn’t even know. Life been amazing walking comfortable again. I’m thankful for Doctor Fass and staff specially Karen, always explaining the charges and making appointment that works best for me.

best pair of orthotics i have ever had in 30 years

Not a pleasant experience. Office staff that are not helpful and fail to follow up on their commitments. Worked with the Office Manager Twice to resolve an issue, they they continue to mess up my account. They have made an error on my account, and they are having a hard time fixing the error because they have changed 3^rd party billing companies three times in the last few months.
In addition, the quality of the orthodics was less than par.
Very poor customer service!!!

I have been going to Dr Fass for about 8 years. I have a (drop foot) from a motorcycle accident when I was 16. Which left me with a pretty bad limp for over 30 years. Dr Fass encouraged me to have tendon transfer surgery which would help me walk better and relieve some of the pain. I had the surgery about 6 years ago by Dr Fass. I can’t thank him enough for how much better I walk and the pain is much less. In my book he’s simply the best at what he does. I will not go to anyone else!

Brought my grandma for her post surgery checkup. The Doctor seemed pleasant and very knowledgable about his field, however the staff was covertly rude (one lady in particular)…even when calling the office to ask questions regarding my appointment.

Best foot doc in the valley knowledgable friendly and got rid of my plantar fasciitis with his great orthotics
