A REVIEW THAT’S LONG OVERDUE!
I cannot sing the praises loud enough for Louise and her great staff! I went to Louise because I was adding an addition to my house. I knew what I wanted because I was copying a neighbor who added the same addition to his house. I met with Louise and she gently suggested that I may have a better option. For no extra charge, she prepared two black-​line drawings: my design and hers. Hands down, her idea was much better, and I am so pleased about the design, and how it looks like it was part of the house; not an addition. I guess if you’re smart enough, you can go to school to learn the math and science of architecture. However, to be good and great, you need to have innate artistic ability, which Louise possesses. Louise and her staff truly care. Example, when deciding whether to put in a sky light, Louise factored in the direction of my home, and how the sun tracks throughout the seasons. On another note, my GC asked Louise a lot of questions throughout the construction; he probably took more of Louise’ time that I’m even aware of. Although I should have probably been billed for her time, she never did. When I made changes to the design, she did not take advantage of me. Her fees for the changes and extra printing were very reasonable. I can go on forever but, to sum it up, a true gem; a master of her craft; a good person, and a fantastic staff. Thank you, Louise:)
