I’m sorry to say that I called A-​Alpha to fix a sink in my business that was plugged and would not drain. I tried pumping it out myself and using lye to de-​clog the drain, with no luck. After 20 minutes the guy they sent told me he’d have to cut out the wall and re-​plumb to the sink drain because the lye I used cemented the clog and we’d never be able to fix it. Said he knew the problem ’cause he’d been a plumber for 42 years. After he left I called our A/​C repair guy. He fixed it in about 45 minutes.
