We had bought several pieces of furniture at this location and our Salesperson was great. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that about 4 hours after we left the store and signed our purchase for two rooms of furniture, we got a call telling us that there was some miscalculation with one of our purchases and that the store couldn’t complete the sale at that price. The price was mis calculated and if we wanted the table we had to add another $ 190+ to the purchase. We were told that the manager viewed the order and rejected it. I guess this is normal practice? The manager didn’t call us but made the salesperson do it. She was very apologetic but still does not make us happy.
Now my wife and I are thinking of cancelling the entire order and going elsewhere. We will start our search again. Thankfully all items are not due for several weeks so we have time to cancel.
All we can say is be careful…

Second time in two years, we were treated poorly in this store. First time we stepped off the escalator and the saleswoman told us «clearance is in the back» before hurrying to help another shopper – before we were able to say a word. We were stunned. Today, we went back, ready to drop $$$ on a dining table today. We made our way through the whole store watching other shoppers get greeted and helped right next to us, with NO attempt to help us at all. Profiling is disgusting. Sales people, if you exclude folks who don’t look like they have cash, you deserve to make peanuts and your stupidity and prejudice ought to cost you dearly. We (and our money) will never be back

Having moved here we were quite surprised and not in a good way. Yes the quality is good but the styles here are on the old fashioned side. Add that to the fact that the prices are way out of line and you can understand why we have tended to purchase our furniture online. We can find the same brands and items at a far reduced price and free delivery to our home.
If you think this place is great please take some time on your next trip to other parts of the country to see how out of date and over-​priced this place is.

First off, this is the largest Woodley’s in the state of Colorado and I am not at all surprised. It’s a huge store with tons to look at.
My partner and I have purchased our major furniture at other stores, but we turn to Woodley’s for their unique and interesting accessories. They have a brilliant selection of beautiful clocks, globes, trunks, vases, antique cars and trucks, bookends, lamps, etc. While not cheap, they aren’t items you’ll find in any other furniture store. I easily spent over $ 1,000 in accessories between this location and the Longmont store and I don’t regret a single cent of it. Our home’s décor is overwhelmingly modern, but the «old world» feel to many of the accent pieces at Woodley’s lend a simple, yet effective, touch. The pieces also initiate discussion among our guests, as many think we’ve «collected» these items during our travels when in reality we’ve just driven down the street. :)
The sales people at this store were generally friendly and accommodating, if not a little disappointed that we weren’t in the market for big-​ticket items (reason for 4 stars). Still, I feel relatively confident that walking out with $ 500 in accessories when we really just went in to «look around» was not a shabby sales transaction for whatever her name was.
We’ll definitely be back, as I understand their accessories revolve constantly. What’s there today might be replaced with something more awesome tomorrow.

Its OK. That is all, not great, not bad. The sales people seem to range from «almost helpful» all the way up to «trying hard, but not actually able to help». I suppose it met my expectations, but again… meh.

When we bought our house, we were broke and furnished the house with stuff from AFW. Whoops. Fast forward 5 years and the furniture is falling apart.
This time around, we decided to spend more money and do it right, so we first checked out Woodley’s. Yes, you will get a case of sticker shock if you’ve just come from AFW or Furniture Row, but as with all things, you get what you pay for. The quality of the furniture is in a completely different league. Lots of made in USA pieces, and build quality is outstanding.
A year ago, we bought a sofa and 2 recliners, all of which are are still as good as new. I was so satisfied that I just bought a bedroom set at this location, which is being built at their factory in Longmont. To say the least, it was not inexpensive, but the quality is such that I am confident that we’ll still be sleeping on it when our 3 year old graduates high school.
The sales process is completely low pressure and they really seem to want to make you happy. Both times, we needed to go home, measure, and make a decision after our first visit. They never tried to get us to buy right away.
I’ll definitely be back next year to get dining room furniture and purge the last of the AFW junk.

The sales people were friendly and not pushy. Our sales lady was very helpful and knew the products really well (we ask a LOT of questions!). We purchased a couch — great quality and hopefully won’t break down as easily as furniture from American Furniture Warehouse or Sofa Mart. But even if it does — Woodley’s furniture comes with a lifetime warranty! This will definitely be the first place we go for furniture in the future.
