I was born and raised in Colorado so I know the area and market inside out. I earned my B.S. degree at the Metropolitan State College of Denver and graduated from the Kaplan College of Real Estate where I successfully completed the stringent requirements for my real estate broker’s license. My experience includes 12 years experience in the financial industry field and I’ve been in the real estate industry since 2010. My portfolio has been built on the simple principles of value, honesty and integrity. I don’t make promises I can’t keep and when I do make a promise, I try to over-​deliver on that promise. After engaging another property management service and waiting 7 weeks for them to find a renter (in Denver’s HOT rental market!!) with no solution. I engaged Woodruff and worked with Troy Herman. I signed up in one day, did all of my paperwork electronically, and he had a lease for me within the week. BRILLIANT! Thank you Troy! I was incredibly stressed at the thought of having to come up with another mortgage payment and no renter.
Woodruff, specifically Troy, was prompt, professional, VERY responsive to all questions and concerns. I wanted to put a time limit on the listing and he agreed. I love that all of the contact can be done through their web interface: payments, maintenance, lease signing, all documentation is done electronically. SO EFFICIENT and easy!
And the listing was beautiful! Made me think that I wanted to move back to the old home. Thanks for all of the effort and the amazing new tenant

I rented a house under Troy’s management for one year. The house was extremely well kept and Troy was very attentive to any issues we had. I have lived in numerous rental properties with many different types of landlords and Troy was the best I’ve ever worked with. I would absolutely consider Troy as a property manager if I owned a house that needed to be rented out. Troy really knows the market and is a pleasure to work with.

Troy first started working with me as a property manager for our house. He helped us a lot to get our home rented. We later decided to sell the home and he helped us make the decision of renting vs selling. He gave us very good and impartial advice which helped tremendously. We decided to sell the home and it sold within a week for more than our asking price. Everything went really well and I always felt he had our best interest at heart.
