Most noises place to take a test and none of the test tv work as of the sound in headphones I will never go back to other dmv I would rather spend some $$$$ and go to private one because they are faster and quit

Busy as all DMV places are. I arrived at 1:36 and left by 3:20 to get my lisence renewed. Not too bad of a wait. The way they had it set up was confusing at first, they gave me a ticket with the time I arrived. Then they called people within time ranges, so 12:45−1, 1 – 1:15, so on. And it was up to you and the other people in line to figure out who was first. Didn’t like that. But Brittany helped me out and she was extremely nice and helpful. They don’t seem like they’re in any kind of hurry though. Overall not a terrible experience.

This is the worst possible place I have ever been. It was crowded, dirty, smelly. I do have to say the first person that gave me a waiting ticket was nice. But after waiting 45min to get to the front of the line they cut 2 people in front of me because they had appointments at 3:00pm. My card said I was there at 2:28 so this was frustrating. Then I speak to the most angry woman on earth, couldn’t pronounce her name something «Imm…» who clearly had never been taught any professionalism in her life as she sarcastically with an agitated tone said to me «welcome to great old Colorado the big city». Yea lady I’ve lived here for 2 years and in New York-​just because my license says Wyoming does not mean I’m scared of you. Then she began to ask questions about my driving record and didn’t recall any issues. She then said 10 years ago I had a ticket and threatened me with legal activity but said «I will let that slide».I remembered then in college I was in a fender bender and paid my ticket what’s the big deal? She then couldnt read the forms I brought unless I highlighted the address. Turns out my pay stubs do not have my current address (just moved from Westminster to Commerce City) so they didn’t work. She continued to badger me though as if I were an illegal immigrant she asked if I had a lease and I said yes I can print it off and she stated «who is it even through» I told her the real estate company’s name but what business does she have accusing me of lying about living in Colorado?! I’ve had Colorado plates and paid my income taxes for the past 2years– lady that’s your wages show some respect and human kindness!

Helpful and fast. Got in and out within 30 minutes. I was annoyed at the picture lady for telling me to smile, don’t smile, smile.

I had a conversation with someone else while waiting in line and we both agreed that Hell is a DMV waiting room where your number never gets called.
That being said I did not have too terrible an experience here partially because I made a reservation (a month in advance mind you) and got moved right to the front of the line. I was not aware that I needed two proofs of address with me as they just recently changed this and had not updated their website. Luckily I had another piece on me otherwise all would have been for not.
If you make a reservation and have all your paperwork ready, it’s really not that bad. I suggest arriving early. There was a line out the door at quarter past 8 in the morning.

Absolute joke. Walked in at 2:59 PM. Was able to leave, drive down the street, get my oil changed and have the car washed. Arrived back approximately 40 minutes later and they were still working on people from around 1:30. Went across the shopping center and got my hair cut. Checked out a new candy store that’s next to the barber shop. It’s now 4:20 PM and they’re still helping people who showed up at 1:45. This should be considered unacceptable. At the very least, add a vending machine or something so people who get stuck here for hours on end can have a little bite to eat.
The female clerk who helped me was some kind of «assistant manager» and seemed annoyed at those of us who were still there past 5:00, even though we had arrived far earlier and it shouldn’t be considered our fault that were there past closing. I wasn’t able to view my picture and she rushed all of us out as quickly as she could.
Bring in more clerks and quit being inconsiderate of people’s time. If any other business was this inefficient their doors would be shuttered quickly as people would leave in droves. Avoid this location (its in a dumpy looking complex anyhow)

Everyone knows a DMV is the absolute last place you want to spend the day; however, the managers and supervisors did everything in there power to make things go as quickly as possible. Just so you know, this location only deals with drivers license issues. Every few minutes someone would come out and start directing the line so they continued to go though the super long line as quickly as possible. From the time I walked through the door until I received my final paperwork it took about 54 minutes, yes I was watching the clock, and this was after I was about 10 people from the end of the line which wrapped around the corner. If I need to go to a DMV for drivers license issues again for any reason this will be my first choice.

The wait itself was quite long as expected, however the service provided by the employees was extremely efficient, friendly and quick. I tried to make an appointment but couldn’t figure it out on the website or by calling, but if I could I most definitely would have and would recommend doing so.

This is not a dMv. It’s only for Driver’s licenses. The real DMV is on 122^nd and Pecos, and doesn’t even come up in search. What a f-​in joke. Adams county is a joke.

This location recently moved from a few blocks down the road. Larger building with modern touch screens and automatic number calling. Although the computers broke down and they wound up lining up and calling people manually, the lines moved quickly and everything ran very smoothly. They made everything very simple for an out-​of-​state transfer, and the updated license arrived very quickly in the mail. In and out in less than an hour with a big crowd.
