I’m a fan of this place because of how easy their return process was. I had a magic bullet that stopped working about 3 months after I got it. I brought it back thinking it was too late to return it but it was worth a try! They took it back and gave me a replacement with no questions asked. I was really pleased! Overall I think this place is great to get home décor but it is on the more expensive side. There are clearance sections randomly around the store though that may have a good find.

Excellent service at this store today. They must had read the prior reviews and I can tell you they must have listened because while I stood at the front desk awaiting an online order I witnessed the cashier call for a back up cashier each and every time more than one customer was in line. This happened several times and each time I could hear the other employees respond the the walkie«On my way.» When they showed up they walked directly to the next person in line and said they would be happy to ring them up on another register(vs yelling across the store.) All employees were very friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and be happy to help. One lady just needed help finding something and the manager sweetly said he would take her to item(vs just sending her off in some random direction.) YAY! Kudos to this store manager and his team. What an excellent experience.

I called to ask there holiday business hours and after asking, a woman prompted on how she could direct my call, I asked again, I got prompted once again, but with a progressive rude tone, I asked, you can’t tell me your business hours for today, she told me to hang on and hung up on me. I called my second closes bed bath and beyond store, the man prompted on how he could direct my call, I asked him the business hours for the day, he told me, I said thank you very much, he said of course, have a nice day! To the lady on the phone! If you don’t like your job, don’t work there, don’t make the customers endure your crappy attitude while not being able to do the most simple parts of your job! To the man on the phone! Thank you, for doing your job well!

My check out experience started with a cashier walking away from the register while we were in line. Then the gal who helped us was obviously annoyed, she had to come over and help us. She rang us up, but on the last thing, one of my clearance items wouldn’t ring up and when she did get it to come up the price came up 9 $. When I said that was supposed to be 75% off, she said«it is» I said, I’m pretty sure 12 $- 75% is 3 $. So I told her never mind. The second thing I bought because it was on clearance was 8 $-75%=2 $ right but when I got home and looked at my receipt I was charged 9 $, 1 $ more then even the normal price.
