Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Do not use them!
I hired these guys to replace some glazing in my house. I was sold a 1 week turn around time, which ended up being a 4 week fiasco. They have horrible communication and gave me the run around at every turn, they were hours late every time they were scheduled which was multiple times (Didn’t measure correctly– had to come out 3 times & broke the glazing on the way over resulting in an additional install day). One of the windows leaked a couple days later and to top it off, they threatened to put a lean on my house because I hadn’t paid the balance of my bill 3 days after they were done. I sent a check to the address on their invoice and was called a liar by the owner– turns out the address on the invoice was wrong.
Save yourself the headache and DON’T use this company. If they’re this bad with a simple replacement, imagine how they’ll be on a larger project.
