History
Established in 1980.
The firm was established in 1980 by David Hvistendahl and Ron Moersch. In 1981, the firm moved to its current location in the historic State Bank building. Jacqui Dorsey joined the firm as a legal assistant in 1989. In 2000 Jacqui joined the firm as an associate, and in 2003 she became a partner. Mary Hahn joined the team as an associate in 2001; she became a partner in 2007. Britt Ackerman started as an associate in 2004 and became a partner in 2014.
