The Gardens of Eagan of today is a thriving farm of educational opportunity and innovative practice. Bought in 2008 by the Wedge Co-op membership in an unprecedented business venture, and managed by Linda Halley, we farmed on original leased certified organic land in Farmington until 2012. First steps included diversifying the crop mix, and implementing new season extension, soil-building methods and markets as well as maintaining the high-quality produce GOE had always grown.
