Horrible customer service. Scheduled me for 9 am the day after Christmas for a chimney sweep and just completely didn’t show up. It wasn’t until 10:30 someone finally called me back. They rescheduled me for the following Tuesday between 5−6pm and called right at 6 to say they wouldn’t be able to make it for atleast 45mins to an hour. WORST customer service. They claimed they had BOTH my email and phone number written down wrong. How convenient.
