Tracey, the owner, is very dynamic and caring. Birthday parties include gym time and The kids always have a blast. The schedule is filled with a variety of classes for all levels and ages. This is the only gym that I know of that does adult classes, the coaches are energetic and friendly! The building itself isn’t new, but it doesn’t smell. This place is awesome.

The place is hot, smells awful and is filthy. Went for a kids party and was totally grossed out. Ew.
