I called Servpro to get some information on removing mold from a commercial property we purchased. I spoke with Steve who was very helpful and patient and answered ALL of my questions. I was able to get someone out to inspect the property the next day. The work was done in less then a week and only because my schedule was hectic. The crew that came out was professional, respectful and very hardworking.
I heard about Servpro of Northbrook at a chamber event. Feels great knowing I’m supporting a local business that is also a member of our neighborhood Chamber. I recommended Servpro to my sister. She hired them for air duct and vent cleaning.
I highly recommend Servpro of Northbrook, as your go to company for home restoration services. They are the best for mold mitigation and remediation. Very satisfied customer!!!

John, Dan and his crew did a great job of removing drywall, carpet and padding along with a vanity that was clearly messed up from sewage backup. Then cleaned and disinfected my entire basement. They were professional and did a heck of a job.
They met my expectations and clearly know what they are doing. If you have any issues that fall into their services do yourself a favor and call!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Servpro. If you live in the area, don’t bother calling anyone else in case of emergency. We had a relatively severe flood in our basement due to some heavy rains and a leak in our foundation. Unfortunately, we had just finished the basement last year, so the replacement cost was high. Our State Farm insurance agent personally recommended their services and not only were they prompt with cleaning and disinfecting of the carpeting but they also managed to restore our ceiling and walls without the need to repaint. I was amazed! The basement smells great and we plan on using them for some general commercial cleaning for the upstairs bedrooms. The task seemed daunting at first but was quick and painless due to exceptional customer service and collaboration with our insurance company.

After a medical emergency that involved a LOT of blood, the EMTs recommended that we come have Servpro clean up the awful mess that was left behind. It seemed as if the carpet and everything else that had been damaged was going to have to replaced. Amazingly, in just over an hour, the two guys that came from Servpro had it all cleaned and disinfected – carpet, mattress, bathroom tile and grout – everything. It was absolutely amazing. And they were super nice to boot. I highly recommend their services.
