Absolute worst title company I have ever encountered! & I do this for a living. It totally screwed up a closing for us last year and made us sit there for over 10 hours! Going to refi my client out this year find all the exceptions that were suppose to have been cleared up by them totally unattended to. When we reach back out for the information or to provide a hold harmless or the data previously supplied or take the time to go through and get us what we need so we can close im an effective way. Was waiting for over 3 weeks they’re super nice on the phone when comes down to it don’t do anything. Finally escalated, complained to manager and was summarily dismissed. Believe me I know what I’m talking about run for the hills if you see this company coming. Really stressful, totally unprofessional, if I could give –0 stars I would

They messed up the paperwork for my closing. The back taxes on my property were supposed to be paid by them a year and a half ago, but they still haven’t taken care of it. I’m still getting letters from the county threatening to put my home up for auction.

No information regarding closing costs 3 hours before the end of a business day with closing the following morning. This must be the only business where things can be at the last minute and a company can still charge for their services. In any other business this behavor would be considered incompetent. The overall experience has left a spoiled taste for future real estate transactions until reform occurs.
