Great place with outstanding service. I agree with a recent reviewer that Ed is the best. When we moved into our place in 1999, we inherited a different pool service company that did good work, but seemed pricey and was uninterested in helping us to understand the workings of the pool so we could manage some tasks ourselves. Thus the pool was beautiful once a week.
After two years, we switched to NS Pool and Spa. With Ed’s help, we have made it through almost 15 years of pool ownership, maintenance, and equipment changes. The team has provided advice when asked and assistance when needed. Ed even guided me through a change of our ancient waterline tile when he could have changed it himself in less time and for greater profit. He often answers emails in off hours. His insight is spot-​on. The pool is now beautiful all the time. Can’t say enough about these guys.

I bought a Laz Boy Dream Spa from North Shore Pool & Spa and it is awesome. Ed is the best. This is a first class business and the only place I would buy a spa. Everything from installation to service has been impeccable. North Shore Pool & Spa receives my highest recommendation.

Very nice and knowledgeable folks … but they are definately out to sell you whatever they have whether or its best for you or not. They installed a new pump and motor for my pool that ran so loud the neighbors complained and I had to turn it off whenever we wanted to use our backyard or the pool. It was the make and model they recommended and I contacted them about the noise the very day it was installed but all I got was the phone number of the manufacturers rep. That got me nowhere so I asked North Shore to take the pump back and apply the cost to another make/​model pump. Nope. So that very expensive one week old pump is now in a landfill somewhere … and I’ve learned my leason.
