I can’t say enough great things about NCRFC! The people here are the best of the best, and Suzanne goes above and beyond to make sure your pet is well taken care of, and meets their recovery goals. We took our English Bulldog here after TPLO surgery, and he loved everyone here, and was always excited for his visit. Each session is jam packed with massage, cold laser, hydrotherapy and agility. They really do it all and the pricing is very reasonable in my opinion. The staff gave us the necessary tools and training, so we could continue the therapy at home. If we are ever in the situation where a dog requires PT again, we will go back to NCRFC for sure!

Suzanne and her team are so knowledgeable and truly care about each and every animal that walks through the doors. I wish I had found NCRFC before my pup’s surgery! Suzanne has helped me through learning to accept that my pup will never be the same, but we can keep his quality of life top notch. Cooper loves to visit twice a week for his swimming and cookies. He doesn’t love his wheelchair quite as much, but we are so grateful for Kristen’s creation! I know that he is in caring hands every single day he visits. NCRFC deserves 10 stars. You will not be disappointed.

Susanne and her staff Will Help Your Animal. Susanne has a gift — that’s all there is to it. She knows exactly how to help my dog recover from his TTA surgery and the cold laser therapy he gets does wonders for his healing. Her and her staff also have lots of rehab equipment — my dog was on the underwater treadmill for the first time last week and he and I thought that was great!
Stop worrying. Pick up the phone and call. Leave a message if they don’t answer — they will call back. They are busy helping pets (like my dog) if they can’t come to the phone.

NCRFC is totally awesome. JoJo, my 10 year old cocker went there weak and weary from a long illness and the ravages of prednisone. Susanne and her staff evaluated her and developed a plan. JoJo loves her massage and cold laser treatments. The type of exercise is rethought each visit to suit JoJo’s needs. That is the boring factual stuff, now the important things. Not only is Susanne a treasure trove of knowledge, she is kind, gentle and so caring with JoJo. This is a 45 minute drive for us and the improvements we have seen are well worth our time. Finding this place is something I will value with each dog as they age. Give them a try, you will become a loyal client after your first visit. Where else can you find an underwater treadmill, balance boards and doggie sized cavelleti?

I have never written a review before but Northborough Canine Rehab makes me want to shout from the rooftops! Suzanne and her team are so knowledgeable, caring, honest yet not alarmist. Suzanne has not only given us more time with our dog but her quality of life has improved tenfold. We have seen our dog go from not being able to go up stairs or onto her favorite chair to acting like a puppy again (in a good way) and having friends and family comment on her newfound spark with no knowledge of the rehab. A happy dog makes for a happy family and we are one very happy family!

We found out about Northborough Canine Rehab and Fitness from our vet after our dog lost control of her hind legs due to spinal fractures. We live more than an hour away, but heard that Suzanne was really good. What a find!!! Suzanne slowly and carefully helped our dog regain the ability to walk through massage and water therapy. I can’t tell you the joy that our dog experienced when she was able to get outside and explore all the smells again. Suzanne’s level of care and compassion was amazing. She was always incredibly positive and supportive in the face of a really difficult situation. I can’t say enough about how positive our experience was.
