I just spoke with Lisa Gibbs who has been a real estate agent in Northampton for the past 32 years. She spoke with me for at least 10 minutes and gave some recommendations for various people around town to perform the services that I needed. She patiently explained to me why I didn’t need a real estate agent, but rather an appraiser and real estate attorney. In other words, she had the honesty to tell me not to hire her! I think this was above and beyond the call of friendly customer service so I wanted to write a Unilocal review to attest to her knowledge and ethics.
