I’m not going to get into a deep review like I like to do. This isn’t a deep place. Basically when we are driving back from the NYC metropolitan area and we just want to get our grub on, this place has become our go-to joint. We usually have the special which is a great deal, with salad bar, soup, and plenty of entrée(always leftovers). The service is diner quality, but in a good way. For relaxing, having a caffeinated beverage for the last leg of our journey, and just getting our eat on, this place exceeds expectations and we love it. I recommend you order what makes you happy and you’ll get exactly what you expected, hot and in Brobdingnagian quantity. Also, if you’re a baseball fan, especially a Yankee fan, check out the little collection of signed memorabilia in one of the display cases. The Yankee Clipper, the Mick, and a few other treasured signed baseballs are tucked away. Nice touch. Enjoy!

This restaurant was very disappointing. It was way over priced. For a family of 5, it cost us over $ 110. The food was tasteless and disgusting. We had the salad bar. It was pathetic. The décor is outdated and dirty. The good thing… the waitress was nice.

One of the best pizzas in syracuse and the other food id’s very good too. The salad bar really needs to be updated or at least restocked moe often.

Best pizza around. Great beer selection… Most places only have bud lite and the rest of the water beers out there. Good staff. Great times. Love this location

So the pizza is cut in a weird way… but the food is great! The service received here today was the best service I’ve received in a long time. The waitress, Miranda, was very tentative. She would check on you frequently without being annoying. Very pleasant experience overall. Will most definitely return. Thank you !

I have been a regular customer for 30 years… love their pizza! When in and asked for a veggie pizza… she said no one has ever asked for a veggie pizza before? Huh? then she said… would you like it with MEAT and CHEESE??? Huh? the small starts at about $ 15.00 for… I would hope I would get a crust… but the way this conversation is going I think that could be extra… so some sauce on a plate? Now… the toppings are $ 1.50 each? Hey… is this going to cost me $ 30.00 for some veggies with sauce? I walked out very confused… to another pizza shop. Veggie pizza please… would you like MEAT and CHEESE on it??? Maybe I need to go to another planet for a veggie pizza?

Friday June 5th We had a craving for pizza and wings, and will only go to Twin Trees III. The restaurant was busy as usual, but we were lucky enough to be seated when we arrived. Our server Chelsea greeted us promptly, was very pleasant and on top of everything. The food and service were second to none as usual.

Twin trees is an awesome local restaurant. The best they have in my opinion are the pizza & wings. Maybe it’s the way they cut there pizza. The only pizza I know in the Syracuse area to cut there pizza in strips. I prefer the mild wings. I’m more of a flat kind of guy. Also there chicken tenders are really good. Salad bar is pretty good, like the format. Customer service is a 10⁄10 most to all the time. If you’re ever from another state and in the need for pizza or anything stop in to twin trees you won’t regret it!

Went here with my boyfriend a couple weeks ago. I’ve been eating the pizza for about 2 years and it’s amazing. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the salad bar is nice.

It’s funny how living in another city for the past three years has put the food in Syracuse, NY in perspective for me. Twin Trees I, II, and III are as good as it gets. I have never been disappointed by their pizza, their wings, or their salad bar. When I used to live in Central Square, this was the Twin Trees we would frequent, and in my opinion, this is by far the best location. The pizza and wings are always fresh and taste amazing. Food: As I began above, the pizza and wings are ridiculously good, and there is no where else I will go to get pizza and wings when I return to home to visit. This is always one of our must-go restaurants when we are in town. As all of us true pizza-lovers know, a pizza is not just about one singular ingredient, it is about all of the components melding together that make it great. Twin Trees has making pizza down to an exact science. From the slightly salty and savory cheese, to the rich yet sweet tomato sauce, to the crispy yet tender dough – you cant buy a better pizza for your dollar. Add to that an outstanding chicken wing with flavorful buffalo sauce, and you have the best pizza and wing join in the Syracuse area. I can’t say enough great things about this place, you must go. if you have gone, and by chance had a bad experience, you need to go again because it was a fluke. Food: 5⁄5 Atmosphere: I very rarely go into a restaurant and feel as comfortable there as I do in my own home. At Twin Trees III, I feel like I am right at home. No, the décor is not flashy, and some may even call it a little drab; but it just feels right. Atmosphere is about so much more than just décor, it is also about the people. I have always had pleasant service, and been treated like family – this also adds to that family-friendly atmosphere. Atmosphere 4⁄5 Service: As I alluded to above, I have never had a problem with a server, manager, or host/ess. This is very rare. I wouldn’t call myself confrontational, but I am a harsh judge of character and very perceptive. I have always been treated with respect and never had any issue with the food, service, or otherwise. I have had instances where we have blatantly had a new server who either did not know the menu, or forgot the extra side of bleu cheese; but in every instance, any mistake or deficiency in knowledge was quickly rectified by that server. I appreciate the fact that they always have owned their mistakes, and made them right – that is incredibly rare in today’s world. Service: 5⁄5 Price: Trust me, if you lived in San Antonio(where I live now) you would never complain about pizza or wing prices in CNY again. Here in San Antonio, a large pizza is ATLEAST $ 18, add another $ 8 for a dozen wings and that equals $ 26 bucks for mediocre pizza(at best) and bad wings(at best). This place is truly a pizza-lovers hell. Back to Twin Trees though. I find that their prices are competitive and fair. Add to that how amazing their product is and you have an incredibly good value. For this quality of food and service, the price is easily top-notch. Price: 5⁄5 Concluding Thoughts: For my money, there is no pizza/wing place I would rather go than Twin Trees, especially this location in North Syracuse. Between their phenomenal food, and good service, I cannot express enough how badly you need to go here. I am now STARVING for their pizza and wings, but we are not coming home for another 2 months. Being 1900 miles away is absolutely dreadful when you’re craving amazing food like this. Like I said, if you haven’t been here – go. If you have and had a bad experience – go back because it was a fluke.

Some of the best pizza in Syracuse. Very friendly people, great service, and great prices. This restaurant is also very family friendly. We take our young daughter here often and they are great! Don’t know why it comes up as Cortland, but it is in North Syracuse.
