This one is the worst one I have ever gone to. After 3 drinks made incorrectly I am done. The drinks were not even what the sticker had on it. This store is a candidate for massive training refresh. Older lady in there believes herself to be a master barista. Far from it.

AWFUL. This is a good location for me to meet with friends, which is the only reason I tried this store more than once. Every time I have been here, the employees are more concerned with talking loudly over you to each other while you are trying to order than with customer service. Today I drove through and they were out of the ingredients for three different drinks, all of which were basic items on the menu with no special alterations(and it was only 10am). The girl gave me attitude about it and when I finally did get my drink it was so badly made it was ORANGE. If the line had not been wrapped around the building I would have taken it back. Literally, $ 5 poured down the drain. It also takes ages to get your order, even when it isn’t busy(and 80% of the time they still get your order wrong, then argue when you try to explain what you asked for). There are so many Starbucks out there, don’t bother with this one!

There was hardly anyone inside and it took forever for my drink to come. Just seemed like they were standing around talking to each other. One of the girls working there was very rude and short with me, I think her name was Savanna?. Anyway she acted like she was annoyed with me for interrupting whatever she was doing on her cell phone. Sorry I came to your store, definitely won’t be back. Looking at the other reviews I don’t doubt that they also interacted with this unpleasant girl. Manager where are you?

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. Instead of working they were standing around giggling with each other. It was only when I nice blonde lady started her shift that people got their drinks. She was even nice enough to give me 2 free drink cards for waiting so long. 30 minutes waiting so they can forget to make my coffee is not good service.

Every time I come here, I always get the wrong item. One time I asked for a double shot, but I ended up getting a double cup. The second time I went, I asked for a venti ice coffee with vanilla and they gave me a venti with no classic. I’m 100% sure that I did not ask for no classic, I just said vanilla. I asked my friend to make sure I asked correctly. It wasn’t crazy busy, usually I would understand.

The daytime manager Jeremy is a total douche bag. He’s very rude and condescending. I used my mobile app as I normally do to order my usual. I normally take a different route to work and use a different Starbucks. While picking up my drink I go to the counter and asked Jeremy to break a $ 20 bill that I have. He states I must first purchase something in order to break the money he would not open his drawer to simply make change. I stated that I just purchased a seven dollar coffee but I would go ahead and purchase a three dollar pack of gum as well so that I can break the money. As he rudely cashes me out I ask him if my coffee is ready? He rudely ignores me to talk to another associate who is walking out the door about her later activities. Needless to say I won’t be visiting this Starbucks any longer. Sorry Service Sorry Employees Dirty Store.

Some people just want to go in, get their coffee, and be happy. Well I particularly was not happy with my end results. There was more foam than drink and it was overpowering with the powder. Yes I did order a green tea latte in the drive through and out came the iced tea latte. Yes there was a line but that doesn’t mean to hurry and make my drink and forget to add milk. Starbucks is right down the street from my morning work so I will continue coming here.

Time for a first review — this is not that new of a Starbucks. It is well-established as the purveyor of caffeine for local residents. I would have to say that easily half of their business is done through the drive-thru. The location is convenient for either northbound or southbound Davis traffic. You can turn south from here at either the traffic light or the exit near the drive-thru. The parking lot is not super big — it is shared with several other stores in the strip center. The seating area has four comfy chairs, two four-tops and the rest are two-tops. There are several tables outside as well — they are shaded from the morning sun to the east. As with most Starbucks, the team members work together very well. It’s not uncommon to see drive-thru barista help out the main-area barista.

How does my fav Starbucks not have any reviews? The staff is always warm and engaged… My drinks are right 95% of the time(and I will take that as much as I go there) The drive thru lady actually was outside taking orders with an iPad this morning in an attempt to speed along the line… BRAVO!
