I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore since the food makes me feel icky and my daughter vomits after every burger. However, this particular place is a no-no. It’s clean enough but I never got good service there. Order is often wrong and always a long wait no matter how empty the place is. If I MUST go to McDonald’s I’ll travel a distance to another location.

Absolutely the worst service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, this location is closest to house than any others so I’m forced to use this one. I can’t even recall how many times they’ve messed up my order. I can remember one morning wanting a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle. After getting my order, I drove home to find that they gave me a sausage muffin. A SAUSAGEMUFFIN! No cheese. No egg. Just bread and sausage. After being outraged once again by this location’s typical behavior, I returned to the establishment, went inside, and gave the manager(who barley speaks any English BTW) a piece of my mind. After a bit of venting, he gave me what he claimed was my correct order. I returned home once again to find a sausage and egg McGriddle. My order was wrong AGAIN!!! This type of thing has happened numerous times, and every time, I hope they have changed. But I’m always let down.

This McDonald’s continually leaves items out of our order. The last time this happened we were given coupons which do not expire until 08÷30÷16. We went by the store this past Saturday and were told that the coupons were no longer valid as the person on the card was no longer with the company. So not only does this corporation continually make mistakes on orders, but then fail to fulfill on their promises to make things right.

Food and service is still poor. The company’s app doesn’t work with its wifi. You must run data.

Chad’s eSCAPE. Service. Most times the employees are friendly. I more times than not use the drive through though. Inside, the staff seems overwhelmed even with almost nobody inside. They don’t clean up the tables very often. It took us 2 – 3 tries to find a table. We were even willing to wipe it down ourselves but there were no napkins available in the drink and condiment center. There was only a couple people in the location at 6pm and It took way too long to get our meal.(And the people before us and after us.). And to top it off, I typically get un-sweet tea and they were out and nobody was working to fill it. Cost(+). Typical non-airport prices. They through in extra ranch and BBQ sauce for my daughter last trip. That was a nice touch. Atmosphere. It was recently remodeled. The inside is now pretty average. There is no play land and space is limited as it shares its location with a gas station. Nothing else special about the location. Palate. Fries were hot, sandwiches were cold. Obviously ran out of fries and our sandwiches got cold waiting for them. This is a major no-no. Everything else(+) This place is walking distance from our house and I so much wanted it to be rated higher. It’s close and convenient location saved it from a 1 star rating.

I have never had an issue with my order here. Yesterday when I drove through, the absolute friendliest and most joyful worker was working the drive through. I have to say, it’s the only time I have ever had a conversation with a drive through worker. He even made my 2 year old laugh. Charles made our visit and is an exemplary worker with an amazing attitude!

How can a corporation as big as this allow such poor service and degradation of a brand. This is without doubt, the worst corporate run restaurant in the organization. Food delivered is seldom what was ordered, machines are always down or broken and many times they do not have all ingredients called for on their menu. This place needs to close and reopen with new management. They don’t even rate one star in my book.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. The only difference is the service. This place stinks. Since it is close to home, we stop for Happy Meals on a regular basis. They get the order correct about 75% of the time. Drive further up Davis Blvd and go to Sonic.
