Went here today and asked if they could put the clear protective soul on my Christian Louboutins and was told they had no clue what I was talking about. Mind you, there are 3 other show places in Dallas that know how to do this. Then I asked if there was a way he could help make the shoe more comfortable and he gave me some inserts. Then, the owner came in and was extremely rude when his employee asked if they could order the clear soul protectors. Maybe they do a good job for simple shoes, but the customer service was awful. Extremely rude and not helpful in the least bit. Will not ever be back and will make sure to share with others.

Excellent work! Re-​soled a pair of boots and dress shoes for me. Ready when promised. I will definitely do business here again. One note — you pay in advance for the repairs. There is a sign clearly stating this on the door.
