For the love of everything sacred, don’t eat here. For one, it’s extremely overpriced. I could forgive that if the food wasn’t disgusting. Also. If you do decide to go here, make sure you replace your toilet after, because it will DESTROY your bowels. I’m 1000000% serious. I’ve never regretted anything more in my life. Your stool will turn into the equivalence of pudding. Don’t do it. Save yourself before it’s too late.

The Attorneys review… Again, on a revisit. OK, so I see that Golden Corral took my advice and changed something. They now have breakfast items available at dinner time. OK, maybe not a big earth shattering change but a change none the less. I still think they’re food is predictable but heh, Rome wasn’t built in a day was it? Some movement to change is better than no movement at all. Keep working at it and hopefully you’ll change more of the menu items… Yawn … Oh, I also didn’t go to the restroom to rate it, I’m afraid to given the other reviews. Verdict… Probation, till you introduce a more exciting menu.

This place seems to always be dirty. My family from the far points of Tarrant County meet here for a family meal from time to time. I think today will be our last visit. The plates and flatwear were dirty, the table was dirty, the food wasn’t great. The steak was so chewy that it was hard to swallow, and some of us just spat it into our napkin. I’m a fatboy, and almost always clean my plate, but I just couldn’t bring myself to finish the meal and left hungry. Maybe a few more trips here and I’ll lose some weight. Not!

Great work on the Fourth — no sign of the odors or unfresh food seen by earlier reviewers. Had a typical 100 course buffet meal bite by delicious bite. Friendly staff all over. The steak was done right and the steam tables wiped often. I was here 5 to 6 so that might help. Perhaps not the pinnacle of franchise perfection, but it as least a very good Golden Corral.

I’ve been to many Golden Corrals before and this one is by far the dirtiest, smelliest, and nastiest one. There was trash on the floor, many dirty tables(wasn’t busy), there was a horrible stench(like dirty bathroom even though we weren’t near the bathrooms), and the food was disgusting. Everything was so dried up and didn’t look appetizing. The cotton candy was hard and the cucumber at the salad bar were ROTTEN. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I went to the one in Grand Prairie(near I-20), about 2 weeks ago and it was clean and food tasted and looked very good.

This«restaurant» doesn’t deserve the one star, that I have given it. Not only did the food look like it had sat out for hours, even though we went during the lunch«rush» the restaurant was filthy. I highly suggest you go anywhere but here for any kind of food. My children wouldn’t even eat the dessert. The pizza, had a black bottom, and pizza is hard to mess up. The salad was wilted and looked like it had set out for weeks. Sadly we paid before we saw the food.

I would first like to say I understand that it is a buffet line and all the food will not be 100% fresh all the time, however on my last visit it was only 60% fresh and very unclean. For example the italian sausage was so dried up it looked like dry spinach very disgusting, I did complain to the on site manager and he did remove and clean up where the sausage was but it should have never been out that long. Most of all the other foods was stale but alot was still good. The male bath rooms was nasty with urine on the floor urinal that are separating from wall. My waiters service was extremely good no complaints there. I would not recommended.

this place use to be amazing esp for eating with the family. the service use to be a lot better as well and quality of food has dropped to accommodate the hoards of new food concepts that they have come up with. all in all this place still has some good classics and if you can get past whats said up there then it can be a great eat. the desserts are… deplorable. lol id like to come back more, but i just wont. price seems to go up each time too.

Wow has Golden Coral lowered their customer service or what? They no longer give you silverwear or bread you have to get it yourself. I was there during prime time and the salad area was down so low and yet there was a staff person there tending to the area. Did she not see that things are low? Don’t leave your plate because it will be taken before your even done eating. This is not the service I recall about a year ago. My visits here will be limited.

I’ve been to this location several times in the past but the last time I went, a week ago, really took the cake. To start off, the price is deff a little much for what you’re getting. It was apparent that a good amount of the food out had been out for a WHILE. and not only that but I couldnt find my waitress to save my life. I literally had to take my family’s cups(4 of them) to the cashier to have them refilled. There was a whole slew of disgusting oriental food(which I like normally) but this stuff couldnt even be identified by appearance alone. they didn’t have the basic foods for children such as chicken nuggets/strips, fries, etc. The bathrooms are gross, the staff clearly could care less about anything frankly. The ONLY thing I found that was edible was meatloaf(which was burned so badly you could only eat the inside) and the popcorn shrimp surprisingly. It’s a nightmare no joke. Don’t waste your money.

VERY bad experience! The interior atmosphere of this place is very dirty. The carpets are always filthy, the tables are always sticky, and there is always a foul odor in the air the few times we’ve been here. Not to mention. the bathrooms are disgusting! NO toilet paper, NO soap and when I made a complaint, no help was sent. This place is always crowded and you WILL be sitting VERY close to somebody else and their family. The food is «okay». It is nothing to brag about. The macaroni and cheese is almost always old, and the only food we’ve found that we actually enjoy is the pot roast and potatoes. Our waitress was very friendly, and was the only good part about this awful experience. Let me end by saying that we have vowed NEVER to go back to this location, because the last time we were there with family, we saw a HUGE cockroach crawling behind the salad counter. You get what you pay for, and unfortunately, you end up paying a hefty price for crappy food and a filthy atmosphere. WOULD absolutely NOT recommend.

UGH…(what a horrible word to start a review with, LOL) Anyhow, that’s my initial feelings of Golden Corral when I think of this restaurant /buffet chain so I rarely attempt to eat at this(or any) location due to past experiences(non-existent service, lack of cleanliness, poor food quality /taste). But recently I found out that they offer a breakfast buffet on the weekends(only) and I wanted to see what they had to offer. Well, for about $ 17 less in my pocket(two adults) I got my answer. So if you are looking for variety in your breakfast selection I can’t imagine anyone else touching Golden Corral for miles. They offer all your standard breakfast items(eggs, bacon, sausage) along side interesting times like(Cinnamon Swirl French Toast and Hashbrown Casserole) and everything in between(including a make your own omelet station). You can tell that the associates at this location are trying to keep things fresh(or looking fresh, by stirring the food) which is far better then other locations I’ve been to. But it’s a ton of stuff to keep up with, and occasionally you’ll run across one or two items that don’t look as good as others. I really wish the food tasted much better(especially because of the price), but unfortunately its just ok. Thankfully, the service was surprisingly good this time and the dining area was in pretty good condition(but I was there early). So given the overall feeling I have of this place, I’d say that I would give them a 3 star rating but… the strawberries they were offering destroyed that. **This is a note to the managers at Golden Corral(if they ever see this).** Due to past visits to yours and other Golden Carrol locations, I have to say that I take your food quality into question every time I eat at your establishments. And seeing strawberries in poor condition(dark spots, dried up leaves) being put out on the buffet does not ease these feelings. If you can not offer something in it’s best(or very close to) quality, then don’t offer it at all. I can understand a sign being put out saying that something is not up to your standards, then just putting bad product out on the floor because you have it. I also understand that you’re running a business and you would not like to bite the cost of these products because they are in less then good quality. Fine, offer me a strawberry purée for the pancakes. Just don’t leave out bad looking product.

Okay, I know that expectations of Golden Corral are low to begin. The food is what is expected of a Golden Corral restaurant, and there certainly is plenty of it. The Experience of Golden Corral however, is something less desired. It seems that it is a continually hot, humid, and mephitic atmosphere, which for me detract from the dining experience. The food is bland, flavorless, but the corn on the cob was actually quite delicious. Cheap prices, cheap food, and plenty of it. But if not for some of my family who like going here, I would choose to go elsewhere.
