Yours Truly

Five months after the wedding, and I am still obsessed with my invitations! Deb and the rest of the team at Yours Truly went above and beyond to meet my needs. Not only is the product exactly what I wanted, but Deb made me feel like I was top priority. We met on several occasions, and she even helped find a lemon yellow and navy blue combination to compliment the theme of my wedding.

The product was fantastic, the customer service was horrific! I ordered wedding invitations and they were extremely inflexible in their hours. They’re open 5:30−8 during the week, and when I requested an earlier pickup times, as I am a teacher and I get out of work at 2:30, Deb explained that she wouldn’t ask any of her employees to change their schedule to accommodate mine. What?! I had to rearrange my schedule, missing an important meeting already scheduled to pick up the invitations at Deb’s convenience. As a bride, I am working with so many fantastic people who are working on making sure I have the dream wedding I want, and I am extremely appreciative of all of their efforts. This is not a business who will work with you schedule wise. So, great end result, but as deb explained to me, they operate on hours that accommodate moms with small children… I am a bride, not a mom with a child yet, so why is my time less important? If you have a lot of free time and can alter your schedule to match Yours Truly invitations, then you’ll get a great product, but if you are a normal working person who is just busy, then the inflexibility of this company won’t work for you, save yourself the aggravation, as it’s definitely not worth it! I also ordered shower invitation envelopes and matting work done previously, and I was scheduled to have menus and place cards made by this company, so I was giving them quite a bit of business. To top off my awful experience, I realized I forgot my receipt so I returned to get it, Deb was on the phone mocking me, complaining about what an unreasonable bitch I was! Very unprofessional and inappropriate. I explained that because she was unwilling to offer flexible hours, we would no longer be using their services going forward. In the customer service industry, and weddings definitely falls into that category, then the customer’s needs should be top priority and that was most definitely not my experience with this company, so I hope this review can assist future brides avoid unnecessary stress.

I stumbled upon Yours Truly on Groupon one day and am very glad I did. Debbie is extremely helpful and helped me design the perfect invitation. She truly makes sure you are 100% satisfied and does so in a timely manner. I will definitely be back!
