History

Established in 1999.

I have operated my own business as a full-​time piano technician and tuner since 1999. My client base has grown steadily and includes concert and recording venues, professional pianists, piano teachers, private homes, schools, and churches. My business and piano repair shop are located in North Reading, MA.

Business Owner

After 22 years as a software engineer and project manager, I pursued my passion for music and the piano. I returned to school and received my professional certification as a piano technician and tuner from the North Bennet Street School in Boston. My internship was at Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, where I assisted in pre-​season preparation of numerous pianos at Tanglewood venues. In addition to my busy tuning schedule and concert work, I specialize in the engineering aspects of pianos. I am an accomplished technician in regulation, reconditioning, repairs, and total piano restoration and rebuilding projects.
