Sammy’s House of Pizza Restaurant

Coming from NJ I’m picky about my pizza and Sammys is my favorite in Providence, delivery is crazy fast and the food is always delicious.

My favorite local pizza! I always order from Sammys and I have tried many different pizza places nearby. Great Greek pizza and the steak and cheese subs are also very good! Definitely must try!

Really delicious spinach calzones! Generously sized, loaded with spinach, and thin crispy dough. A small calzone is enough for 2 meals. I will definitely order this again. It came with a side of marinara sauce, but it was so good on its own that I didn’t use it. Would also be great to serve at or bring to a party. Service is excellent, fast and really friendly.

Steak and cheese grinder purchased. First time visiting (and last). Roll was previously frozen (you can taste the difference) and the meat was tasteless and cooked to the point of no return.

Ordered a steak sub here on two occasions and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I was a little nervous ordering from here due to some of the reviews but the food was extremely good. The bread was fresh, the steak was great and they add pepperoni to sandwich! What a delicious idea! Loved it!

Tried for the first time. Not going back. They over charged for our grinders and the small pizza was really small and tasteless. The employees were definetly not friendly either.

Great little pizza place. Large menu, good food, really nice people that own it and work there. Delivery is always quick and the drivers are nice. Nothing fancy, but good food at a good price.

Ohhh maaannnnn… I love Sammy’s pizza. I know everyone had there own favorite kind. and don’t get me wrong, I used to own a NY style pizzeria, all hand tossed super thin pies. but deep down, I grew up eating light airy crusted pan pizza from a place full fo greek guys. And that is the way it should be. Nothing will ever come close to matching the pizza of Pawtucket House of Pizza in my heart… but now that I live in NP. Sammy’s House of Pizza had come dam close.
My only disappointment in this place is that I have lived in NP for a year and a half and have ordered pizza from every other crappy pie joint in town. and had yet to try Sammy’s… so glad I did. The crust is airy, and crunchy and crispy. so good. and it is greasy. I know its not good for you, but it is delicious. The cheese and sauce are good as well, but my favorite. are the pepperonis… I dont know why. but those greeks know how to get em crispy. amazing. Sammy’s is now the only pizza place I order from. period. I have yet to get anything else but a pepperoni pizza… but soon. I will update when I do. If you live near Mineral Spring in NP… give Sammy’s a call.
