Horrible experience, I know when my coffee has no sugar, so I bought two coffees; somehow they forgot to put sugar in them(which is ok, it happens). So I asked: Can I please have 8 sugers? A girl name Ashley, Who had the worst attitude in the world, gave me 4, added ” we have to use the sugar for the rest of the customer you can have all of it. Seriously? Why is it struggle every time I want to go and buy a coffee from that location ? Suggestion to that worker; if you don’t like that job just quit Instead of providing for customer service and give the business that particular location Bad name.

Dunkin can be very inconsistent with there I’ve coffees. I like my sugar melted first when it comes to an ice coffee. Every time I get my ice coffee at this location, the ladies there always make it to perfection. The sugar grains are completely dissolved and mixed well. Also, the staff there is always very cheery and smiling. Awesome customer service. Thank you.

I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts now a handful of times and each time, it’s a pleasant experience, however; this past Sunday took the cake. I scooted on through the drive thru — mind you, there is only the drive thru option, but there are TWO of them at that, and was greeted by Erin who was SO pleasant while taking my order and SO awesome when I drove up to pay. She even waited for me to take a sip of my coffee to make sure it was how I liked it and it was, it really truly was. Of course I had to give her a tip. She introduced herself and asked for my name and told me to come back and you know what? Just because of her… I will come back, a lot.
