I wish i didnt have to leave a star, because you guys dont deserve it.
We first tried a pizza and wings a month ago, the wings were ok without the buffalo sauce. The buffalo sauce was some horrible watery mess. The pizza was absolutely horrible. Over priced, Hard crust, coveree in grease, little to no sauce and cheese, and the pepperoni tasted old. Matter of fact, the only flavor that pizza had was of rotten pepperoni. We all had less than 1 slice each from a large Pizza and put it in the trash. And it took over an Hour to be delivered.
then tonighy we orderes a italiano sub, meatball sub and meatball bake expecting and hoping they woukd be better.
The meatball sub looked like they pulled it from a wrapped and stuck it in an oven for 10 minutes. The sauce was partially frozen and the meatballs had no flavor. The bread was also rock hard.
The italiano was much the same. Rock hard bread, greasy, no flavor and rubbery meat.
The meatball bake was atleast semi warm for 1 minute after delivery. But again, the cheese was rubbery, the sauce flavorless and partially frozen and the meatballs reminded us of tofu.
Again, the delivery time was over 1 hour for this order. And $ 36 for 2 subs and a meatball bake smaller than a small pizza is absurd. Subway has better subs for half the price!
Overall, dont waste your time Or money with this place unless you like disappointment. The only place we have found thay is worse, is Michelangelos on toledo blade blvd.

Awesome subs, great pizza, definitely recommended as one of the best places to stop on the way home for a quick and easy meal.

My wife and I get Marco’s about twice a month, today we picked up our standard order of large half pepperoni half cheddar cheese and we were disgusted. The pizza was so greasy that the bottom of slices were wet and soggy. I called the store and the manager on duty said «that’s the way it comes, the pepperoni does it.» I told her that I have been getting pizza from there twice a month for over a year and it has never been like that. She told me that they don’t give out free pizza’s and there is nothing she can do and no one can help me. I was very disappointed, both with the pizza and the customer service.

Love, Love, Love Marco’s Pizza! Their crust is light and tasty, the sauce has good flavor and generous toppings. What’s not to Love? One of my favorite pizzerias!

As far as pizza goes, excellent. Would eat here rather than the other big pizza chains any day. Try the flavored crusts!

Great pizza, I like the garlic crust. I like to pickup, they are very fast on orders

They run hot and cold on customer service. I’ll get 3 fresh, hot deliveries, then a cold one. I’ve called and complained and they tighten up but sooner or later, the bad service tears its ugly head again. That said, when they’re on, they make a very good pizza. I suggest trying the White Cheesy on thin crust. Very tasty.
