Dr. Thomas A. Pane Md. founder of Atlantic Coast Aesthetics provides excellence in plastic surgery of the breast, body, and face. Our breast procedures include breast augmentation, breast lift, and breast reduction. We also work on the body and do liposuction, tummy tucks, Brazilian butt lifts, and Gynecomastia (male breast reduction). Face procedures include blepharoplasty and face/​neck lifts. Vaginal/​labia surgery is also available.

Breasts are a hallmark of the female form. There is no one ideal breast size or shape, and in breast surgery, one size does not fit all. Our approach to breast augmentation starts with your particular desires in context with your anatomy. We listen and try to deliver the results you want.

We also provide non-​surgical services such as wrinkle fillers and Botox.

History

Established in 2006.

Dr. Thomas Pane first opened Atlantic Coast Aesthetics in 2006. Since then Dr. Pane and the team has helped numerous individuals with all their cosmetic surgery needs.

Business Owner

Dr. Pane is a double board-​certified plastic surgeon. He graduated from the University of Connecticut (UCONN) medical school. He completed a five year general surgery residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine. He then completed two years of Plastic Surgery training at Detroit Medical Center/​Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan and served the department as chief resident in his final year. Dr. Pane is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery. He began his practice in Newport, Rhode Island and relocated to South Florida in 2006.
