The doctors here are great! However the office isn’t run very efficiently. I waited 2 weeks for a follow up call which they told me they would call the next day. I was fitted for some footwear and the assistant told me it takes 2 weeks for it to come in. She said if I don’t get a call in two weeks to call the office. When I didn’t get a call, I called them. The woman on the phone told me I should wait for them to call me, that they would call when they were in. Okay?
It took almost four weeks for my order to come in. And I had to call to see if it was in. The hours are a little crazy and I feel like I always get an answering service. I don’t understand answering services to begin with. They let you get through your whole statement and then tell you they can’t help you.
Again, great doctors but be prepared to wait forever for your results for things.
