King’s Path Condominium Association

I’ve had my brand new truck vandalized by a resident with a note saying that «we don’t like your kind, go back were you came from». The damage to my paint came to $ 3,000 and my truck was only 2 months old at the time. This place is VERY racist as I have had confrontations with the alcoholic that vandalized my truck. He said, «I’ll do to you what I did to your truck!» I moved! There is a whole bunch of political situations going on behind the scenes with association fee kickbacks and the old folks that run the board. They make millions a year on fees that are included in your rent. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors easily too! This is too bad because it is a great location. I warn anybody looking for an apartment there, I am not the only minority that has had problems. The old people took down my reward signs for information leading to the arrest of the vandal of my truck for no reason also. They want to make it a retirement home, I know this because I attended a board meeting once. Beware, beware, beware to the minorities!
