I came in for a vehicle recall and asked for a part to be replaced while I was there. I had to order the part before hand and pay for it up front. When I got there, they informed me that they couldn’t put the part on and that I would have to go to one of their affiliates. They also tried to charge me for the part again. It took an hour to get that charge removed from my bill. I will never go back.

If I had the option to give these guys no star at all I would. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Sales rep Bryan was terrible, he offered $ 2000 for my trade, knowing fully well that its worth a lot more, it was disrespectful and insulting to think that I would go for that. They do not know what customer service means, the used car manager also then had the nerve to make me wait for my car keys after he did the appraisal for my trade-in car. DO NOT go to these guys ever.

I don’t know about now, but when I bought my car there 15 years ago, they were amazing. I was fresh out of college, moved to a new state with no friends/support. I needed a car and they gave me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted, no haggling or games. They even let me ask around after saying yes to my request — just because they knew that I would come back. They were right — every other dealer laughed at me and one even yelled at me — I wish I could remember which one so that I could write a review.
This was my first car that I purchased and the sales manager made it a great experience. I no longer live in OH but if I did, I would go back there as they were so good to me 15 years ago — hopefully the same people are still around, although judging by the reviews maybe not?

Went here looking for a used car (Pilot or Odyssey) to replace an older model Odyssey. We were met on the lot by a salesman who immediately started to try to talk us out of the Pilot — he said it was because of gas costs, I think it was because he had 6 used Odysseys sitting on the lot. He treated me like a know-nothing idiot and basically told my father and stepmother they were crazy for wanting to get out of an Odyssey. The final straw came when, while we were looking at a Pilot on the lot (my sister was actually looking in the window at the time this happened), another salesperson came out of the dealership, beeped the car twice, walked over to us and proclaimed that she was showing the car, got into it and drove off. The only good thing I can say about this dealership is that we didn’t buy a car there! Rude and insulting!

I am living very close to the North Olmsted Automile, so when it came the time to look for a new car I stopped at this dealership to look at the new Honda CR-V.
Oh boy, did I disturb that salesman, he unwillingly walked me all the down their lot to the CR-Vs, although as it turned out he had one in the show room.
Later in the show room he started showing me all the features, but he must have felt like I wasn’t ready to buy yet, so he got help from the sales manager, and before I knew it, two people were talking at the same time, praising this vehicle and trying to push me into a purchase.
Well, who knows me knows that I am an experienced negotiator and pressuring me into a purchase does not work with me.
I asked about their service, i.e. getting a loaner when my car is in for service, and I was told they do not provide loaners, since Honda vehicles never need service that requires so much time that the customer can’t wait.
Another fact ticked me off: the sales manager tried to talk me into GAP insurance. I was wondering how long he is in that business, to know that GAP insurance is for those who have a huge loan and owe more than the car is worth. He didn’t even ask how I had planned paying for my car.
Hey Mr. sales manager, consider that tere are still people out that pay for their vehicles!
Needless to say that I did not buy my new vehicle at that dealership, right?
