Oh man, I have a love/hate relationship with this Chipotle. My husband and I drive out of our way to go here because it honestly is the best tasting Chipotle in the area. The food is always delicious and they are generous with the toppings– HOWEVER, the professionalism at this Chipotle sucks. There is one girl who is always great(good brows, dark hair, and gauged ears), but the rest of the employees are always either rude or just screwing around. I’m glad your work environment is fun, and you get along well with your coworkers, but come on, this is a business. In the evenings or on the weekends the line is always ridiculous(usually out the door), and we’ve waited upwards of 30 mins in line on some Sundays. To alleviate this problem my husband and I decided to order online. The first time we ordered it worked out fine, but on a particular day my husband went in to pick it up(5 mins after the pickup time) and not only was it not ready, but they hadn’t even started making it. So they’re laughing and having a great time while they take care of the other customers and keep asking each other, «Did you make that online order?» No urgency or real concern. So he proceeds to stand there for 15 mins while people literally come in the door, order, go down the line, pay, and leave, before they make our 2 item order! And then they just hand it to him like, «Here ya go!» Really? No rush to make our order? No apology for the wait? Just, «here ya go» 20 minutes late? Why waste time ordering online of it’s not gonna be ready? My husband wanted to just walk out so we wouldn’t be late, but we had already paid online to expedite the pick up process(mistake.) Other times we’ve ordered online and the order is just wrong, adding ingredients we didn’t ask for(like beans), leaving off salsa, etc. It’s so inconsistent it’s almost better to wait in the line just to make sure your order is correct. So, long story short, this Chipotle is delicious, and it used to really be our favorite place. But the lack of professionalism, ridiculous lines, and careless attitude towards online order(or customers in general, judging by some of the other reviews) just turned us off from this location big time. Maybe if they hadn’t been so awesome originally we wouldn’t have ended up being so let down. But unfortunately its deliciousness turned us off from the other Chipotles so we’re screwed either way, lol. Maybe if this Chipotle gets new management it could improve.

The staff was extremely friendly. Line was short because they had only been open a half hour. We ordered salads and were given good portions. The food was great. As always the music is on the loud side so it makes conversations a little difficult.

Always extremely slow-moving line here. One of the last times I came in, the first employee on the line I came in contact with stopped right before I was about to order to finish her conversation with another employee, yelling it across the room and laughing in front of a major rush. Was extremely annoyed inside, but let it go and waited for her to acknowledge me. Then got to the second employee and told her I wanted everything but the two hot sauces(whilst pointing to the two sauces) on my burrito. She then stated that they have four kinds of SALSAS and looked at me funny, and went on to argue with me about what’s a salsa and that they have«four kinds of salsa: tomato, hot, the green, and corn» and what was ment to quicken up my order instead of me rattling off every topping I wanted, I ended up saying, «Okay. I’m starting all over. I want tomato, corn, s. cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce.» It seemed as if the employee was being difficult on purpose as if to get me to specifically list each item. Sounds weird, but that’s the feeling I totally got. Anyway… just left me annoyed.

Stopped in with my family. We were hungry and anticipating burritos. The line was moderate but quite slow moving(15 minutes). When we got to the order area the girl behind the counter asked in a rhetorical way, «You guys are paying with cash, right?» When we asked why she then said that there debit/credit machine wasn’t working. No sign posted on door and no indication until we went to order.

I go here a lot during my lunch hour and the line is always to the door. The staff works hard to get you your order as a fast as possible. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to get my food. The staff is also very friendly.

Waited outside forever, service was really bad and got my order wrong. I think they spent more time filling online orders instead of walk ins!

It was cold and snow was pilled up on the ground. Clearly a Chipotle kind of Day! I can’t get enough of this incredible delectable delight!!! They really move fast here! the staff is on it, and the Manager was checking in every few moments. The tables were cleaned quickly. The only issue was no ice. But once we told them a guy was dumping ice ASAP. They were light on the cheese compared to others, but my heart was happy…

I was literally in and out of this store in two minutes. That’s the way I like it…

Welcome to North Olmsted– land of huge Chipotle buildings. Goodness I guess they expect the lines to be long and everyone is going to stay and eat. Plenty of tables for everyone. There was long line when I pulled up but within 5 minutes I had my burrito with guac and I was out the door. Speedy service is all I require for my faux Mexican food.

Currently sitting in Chipotle as I type this. Absolutely horrible. It wasnt twp minutws after my girlfriend and I got into the line that a Chipotle crew member got into a very heated argument. The staff all looked they were mentally retarded and were all yellibg football plays. Sadly, I decided to din in this place and the tables were filthy. Crew members on break were dropping food on the floor and leaving it. Disgusting

This Chipotle was so rude! Their portions were small, they were impatient with our orders, and were snappy at the cash register. We were looking forward to a positive experience(my friends and I are huge Chipotle fans) but the way they treated us with their attitude was awful! We were the only customers in the store, so there was no rush, but they were so impatient! I got 3 items, and my other 2 friends got their own, but the lady at the register was incredibly apathetic and gave us a look as we told her how to divide the costs. She messed up 3 times and did not seem to care. Her tone of voice showed she was really annoyed, and we didn’t even get a «sorry» or even a «thank you» for being a customer. I was so excited, but the ambience we felt at this location left us with nothing more than regret that we did not go to a different chipotle.

Fast friendly service, great food. I have never had a problem with this location, except for once they messed up my order. but they usually correct the order and take it off the bill.

This Duke is abandoning his kingdom for good… I checked into Chipotle for lunch, and Unilocal notified me I was the Duke of that location. Less than a minute later, this awful story unfolded… I ordered chicken tacos. As I was waiting for the line to move down and the girl to add the different toppings to the chicken meat already inside, a worker leaned right over my food and quickly withdrew two of the metal tins used to hold the meat. These tins rest in hot water as a means of keeping the food products continually warm. As the guys withdrew the tins over my tacos, drops of that water rained down straight into my tacos. I mean, rained down. It was impossible not to see it happen, and I’m quite sure he noticed but didn’t care — given that he did it with two tins in a row. Just for a split second, I thought not to say anything because I didn’t wanna make a scene or make him feel bad. They were busy and I was trying to cut him some slack. Even so, the thought of all that gross, filthy water pouring into the food I was about to eat really bothered me. So, I said to the girl who was making the tacos — and also saw the water pour into them but said nothing — «I need you to throw those tacos out and make me an entirely new order. All that water just poured into them.» The guy heard me, but kept his back to me so he wouldn’t have to deal with it. The girl looked at me like I was asking her to explain String Theory to me in 10 seconds or less. Eventually, she got me a new batch going. No «Sorry ’bout that» or anything — just a look that implied I was being a real pain. As I moved down the line, I attempted to be pleasant and joke around, as I didn’t wanna be the jerk they all seemed to think I was. As the cashier rung me up, I asked her who the manager on duty was. It really bothered me how clearly unaffected the workers were regarding a huge health violation. She pointed to the guy who had dripped all the water into the tacos. «Him???» I asked, clearly confused that the manager would be so visibly uncaring about what happened. «Yes, him.» she confirmed. I called him over and said that I wasn’t sure if he understood what happened or not, but that he had poured sick, nasty water into the food I was about to eat. He looked at me, clearly bothered and wanting to tell me to go away and said, «Yeah. That’s why we remade them.» No apology, no acknowledgement that it was a health violation, no nothing. He turned to walk away. «Wait a minute,» I said. «That was really unhealthy. That’s like a health violation.» He stared at me and just said, «They train us not to do that. We know.» Again, he turned to walk away, taking out his cell phone to answer a call. As he faded into the background of busy employees, I said«Way to manage — great job.» Every single person there looked at me like I was baking a jerk, even though I wasn’t raising my voice, or swearing, or being rude at all. I took my food and left. I hadn’t expected a free lunch, nor would I have taken it — I simply expected an acknowledgment of my legitimate concern. Instead, I was given the most polite«screw you» the manager could get away with. This Duke has abandoned his kingdom.

Chipotle in North Olmsted has the best location, right off Lorain Rd. near everything basically… Yeah traffic can be crazy, but it’s worth it!
