Phil’s Lock & Key

I saw the previous reviews after I had a service call and I could not have had a more different experience! Phils were a life saver. I locked myself out of my condo with my dog! Thank God I had my phone! I called Phils and they had a tech to me in 20min. Lady on the phone told me the cost of the service call, to which I happily agreed. Tech was quick and professional and turned a harrowing situation into a pleasant day. Thank you Phils!

Wow if your looking for a scam type of person who has no set prices this is your guy. He charged $ 95.00 as a service call. Now I wonder what his up charge is for actual working? He never unlocked our door cause we were able to get in by ourself. Oh and when I told him that his price was not normal I paid $ 45.00 just 3 months earlier from another guy he got squirmish and dodged me. In total he is a scam guy!

Terrible. Neighbor’s daughter locked them out of house. Came in about 10 minutes and opened door in about 2 minutes. She went to pay and he says he didn’t take credit cards. She then offered a check and he says it’s not local. She explained that they are miliitary and that she didn’t have a local check. He was really rude and cold and told her to follow him to a bank so she could give him cash. She had 2 small children and one had an accident in the car. She was upset and started to cry as did her young daughter. I would never recommend him again, as no one should be treated like he treated her especially someone who’s husband is serving our country. She was overwhelmed and he saw that and just wanted her to follow him for his CASH.

Horrible! Left voicemail at 8:30 pm never got a call back. piss poor
