One of the best spas I’ve been too. Beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Meditation room, eucalyptus steam room is unique. Complimentary glass of wine offered. Professional staff. A must while visiting North Myrtle Beach !

We’ve been here for pedicures several times and every time it’s a great experience! Very relaxing and the people always do a great job! Ask for Nakesha and Sabrina!

Went to the spa today and saw Brittany who was fabulous! I enjoyed every minute. I had one of the wrap rituals and the shirodhara scalp treatment and the combo was incredible. The women’s lounge was lovely and the quite area was very peaceful. I was offered a glass of wine after and felt like I was floating! The common areas were a tad too bright for me but I tend to like things more dim. Thank you so much for a wonderful day and much needed relaxing vacation!

The atmosphere is absolutely lovely! Beautiful lounge, very nice outdoor hot tub area. Pedicure, however, left something to desire. The standard pedi is supposed to be 35 min. For three people, our pedis ranges from 18 – 22 min. Why advertise 35 min. if they’re going to rush through the pedi? I would not recommend Cinzia spa for this particular service, but would for the lounge, steam room, and hot tub.

I’ve been going to this spa for several years for special occasions. Today I experienced the Figian Ritual & express facial. The Figian was heaven! I’ll never go back to just a regular massage! The staff was extremely professional and made me feel completely at ease and relaxed. The only downside is the automatically added 20% tip. That drives the price up, however, it was well deserved today! This is my favorite place on the Grand Strand!

We are visiting form San Diego and were over th top impressed. I tend to be really picky and Cinzia exceeded my expectations. My friend and I searched and searched for a full amenity day spa in Myrtle Beach and Cinzia was it. The Facebook buy 1 get 1 half off sealed the deal. We came an hour early and used the outdoor whirlpool, very nice; then sat in the eucalyptus infused steam room for a bit. So far, fabulous. Then we did our 2 treatments. Sugar scrub then message, both top notch. I melted into the therapists hands. My friend had a facial after the sugar scrub. She said it was AMAZING! Included extractions as it should. We then enjoyed the relaxation room and took in our two complimentary glasses of wine. And even asked for a 3rd, which was on the house. Then, cleaned up in the full service ladies locker room and left for dinner. One of the best days of our trip. Will be back next time we visit.

Bought a spa package deal, and thankful that I did. The services by themselves would’ve been expensive! But for $ 145 I got a massage, facial, and a mani/pedi. The pedi wasn’t over the top or anything more lavish than I’ve had at nail salons, which was disappointing. The lounge was very relaxing. Got a little lost on the way to the spa– even with my gps. Called the spa and was able to get directions. A helpful staff is important, and the Cinzia spa staff was very accommodating!

I went to the Cinzia Spa at Village Dunes Resort but they are the same company — they have 2 locations. Besides being overpriced for the treatments offered, they made me use my credit card even though I wanted to pay in cash AND they added 20% tip without even asking. That is absolutely unacceptable and I would never recommend.

My low stars are for service. I made an appointment for a last minute mani/pedi at 1230 on April 19, 2013. I arrived at the spa and was very impressed. The place is beautiful and the woman at the front desk was very nice. I was escorted to a waiting room(called the meditation room) that was very relaxing. Then the girl who was going to be working on my nails came to get me. She seemed pleasant enough … But that’s where the good part of my visit ended. The manicurist was not very personable or polite for that matter. I was the only customer in the manicure area and frankly the whole hour was awkward and uncomfortable. There was no music playing and the room was very quiet — the woman really did nothing to make me feel welcomed — instead I really felt like I was putting her out. I tried desperately to make conversation but she really wasn’t having it. I gave up and sat in uncomfortable silence with an energy of annoyance emanating from this woman. It was like she was going through the motions of being polite but was resentful for every minute of it. To top it off — she sprays cleaning solution into the foot bath under my legs while my nails were drying. I felt the cleaner spray on my legs and just found it so unprofessional — really you were so busy that you couldn’t wait to spray the dang foot bath until after I left? It was just another indication of how I seemed to be in this woman’s way and a bother. Here’s the deal — if I want this kind of service I go to one of those quickie — cheap nail places where you expect poor service. When I go to a spa my expectations are much higher. I’m truly sorry if this girl was having a bad day but if this is her regular demeanor she should consider how it makes people feel. I felt pretty disgusted when I left and on top of it I was forced to pay an automatic gratuity. I will most likely not return and if I do I will certainly request a different manicurist.

I received the Passage to India treatment as an anniversary gift from my husband. The steam room was wonderful, as well as the bathing ritual, body scrub, and massage. Brittany was my therapist, she was very friendly but did not attempt to chat with me throughout my massage, which is exactly the way I like it. I prefer to relax and zone out, not carry on a conversation during massages. The spa is very quiet, I literally only saw one other client during the 2 and a half hours that I was there. Everything was top notch, very clean and comfortable. The glass of wine was a nice touch, though I‘m not much of a wine drinker. Looking forward to returning for another treatment!

Pricey but a great place to chill for a few hours when you need a break from the beach. I had The Passage to India treatment. Steam room had a smell of mildew, snacks were lackluster, otherwise the treatment and massage were great, however, not worth the price to return.

I forgot my sunglasses in a locker at closing time, 6pm, on friday. The next morning I drove back there at opening time, 9am. And no sunglasses. Someone swiped them. Someone will say«it’s not fair to give them a 1-star review because YOU forgot your sunglasses.». Well, in COMPLETE seriousness, all I can say is, life isn’t fair. Unfairness is all around. It’s just part of existing. From coming away from what Arry said might have been the nicest venue and the nicest massage she might has ever gotten, and at an ultra high end residential and hotel resort, I am now left with a couples massage that cost me almost $ 600(including the cost of my revo’s.) And the facility is one of the absolute nicest I have ever patronized too. Very new as of this writing. The full body massage was very nice. The couples room is excellent. The lighting, the music, the heated bed. All top notch. The first massage where I was completely nude under the sheet! When I paid at the end though, they added a 20% gratuity/service charge that amounted to $ 48. I would have left a nice tip anyways, but I suppose they like applying their own tip/service charge. And when Arry made the reservation, they were kind enough to push it back 30min, to give us more time on the beach earlier that day. Good customer service. Apparently, there is cleaning staff going around prior to opening, and there are hotel guests and residents that can come and go into and out of the men’s locker room, independent of the spa business. The lady that re-stocked the lockers with robes didn’t see my sunglasses either. They were a very nice find for the thief: a very gently used pair of polarized revo’s inside a revo leather wrapped hard case with the cleaning cloth inside. Oh well… I can only hope that the thief feels some torment like Trevor(Christian Bale) in The Machinist. But highly unlikely.

Beautiful venue — so clean. Really enjoyed the music(classical). Great service. Service was great — they accommodated us coming in late on top of allowing me to push the appointment later. We enjoyed a duet massage and the room was very nice. I asked for hard pressure for my massage — and boy did I get some serious pressure. I tend to think the massage was a waste of time if I don’t walk away feeling like it was a workout of some sort — so I was very pleased. However, the pressure was so hard that I walked away with scars and bruises — the caveat being I told the masseuse it was okay. Probably one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time. I would most definitely have given this spa 5 stars — but there were two very big grievances that we experienced. Minus 1 star because of the automatic gratuity that was automatically added as a service charge. You’ve got to be kidding me. If you have a paying customer WILLING to pay $ 120/person for a massage — and then on top of that you automatically add gratuity because you don’t trust the person to tip on their own… That doesn’t make sense to me. I find it insulting. If that’s the case, then I’d advise you to charge $ 145/person and say no gratuity necessary. A tip should be a tip — great service = great tip. We had cash tips ready to go, too! Second star lost because of issues with the spa’s business partnership with the hotel/residential business. Assuming the clientele you have to such an establishment where clients are able and happy to pay $ 140+ an hour for a good massage in a beautiful venue with all the perks — then I think it should be fair that the staff working at the venue and the other guests at the venue would not feel the need to steal a pair of sunglasses. COMEON!!! I’d assume such clientele would have the decency to return it to the front desk, leave it as is, … NOT steal it! We were the LAST clients in the place before they closed. We left voicemail and were the FIRST ones in the next day. So Cinzia has told us that it’s because of other hotel/residential guests or perhaps the unknown towel changing staff that the glasses are no longer there. Ridiculous. Something’s seriously wrong with your residential and hotel guests/staff between the hours of 6PM and 9AM then. It’s too bad Cinzia has to put up with this absurdity — I loved my Cinzia experience. I really hope Cinzia can work out a better situation that protects their brand from the hotel/residential side. I love Cinzia. I would love to go back — but in the meantime triple check all of your belongings before walking out of the place.
