I am so happy with Dr. Fain’s work and his entire staff! Very professional at all times, always on time, and dental work was excellent. I highly recommend this practice! It is very remarkable and very rare in Miami to be seen on time as scheduled. In addition that, they worked around my schedule in a very flexible manner to make my smile great again! With a superb service like this it is a pleasure to visit a dentist! THANK YOU!

Dr. Efrom, Dr. Fain, and staff are great. I’ve been a happy patient for years and recommend them to all my friends. Edipcia’s gentle yet effective teeth cleanings leave my teeth feeling like a million bucks every time. Most recently they were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment to address a painful tooth that needed a root canal. I am so thankful to them for making the pain go away.

This is my first review on Unilocal… In fact, I have joined Unilocal just to make this review on behalf of Dr. Sylvan Fain.
Things don’t always go as planned when you have to provide services to people and their changing schedules. My first experience at Dr. Fain’s office was not the best. They were swamped the day I came in for my first checkup at the office, and as a result, I was delayed in getting my teeth cleaned that day. I was forced to reschedule as I was out of time that day, and needed to move onto a business meeting. Dr. Fain and his Staff were apologetic, and were quick to try to accommodate me for another appointment the next day. Dr. Fain then wrote me an email that night. Instead of serving me up an excuse in that email, he acknowledged what had happened and assured me that he would make it better. He and his staff immediately showed accountability. The next day, my cleaning went on with no issues or delays. In addition, the office manager re-​introduced herself and handed me a card from Dr. Fain and his staff. In it was a small gift and another note reassuring me that Dr. Fain and his staff look forward to providing me with great future service.
When providing services to people, you cannot always accommodate everyone, and mistakes will happen. It is how you handle the mistakes and breakdowns in service that truly separate a good practice from a GREAT one.
Dr. Fain and his Staff went so far and above my expectations. They have gained my respect and trust completely with this one event. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr fain is a great dentist! I had lots of work to do over 6 months or so and they worked with me step by step. Were honest, telling me what I actually need, not trying to sell me. I am very pleased with how everything looked, and now I have a dentist for good!

His staff that he selected also does an amazing job taking time and care to service their patients to the best of their abilities. Moreover, Dr. Fain treats his patients with the utmost respect and patience; hence making the experience pleasurable and painless. Extremely happy with my decision to use Fain Dental Arts. Not only was their staff helpful but they were super friendly and inviting. My teeth cleaning was top notch and thorough. The office is very nice and uses top of the line technology with their procedures. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Fain.

Dr. Fain is hands down the best Dentist I have ever been to. This has literally been the most pleasurable (I know, strange word to use for a dentist), painless, easy and enjoyable experience I have ever had at a dentist. He keeps you informed the whole way through your procedure and before you know it you’re done. I highly recommend Dr. Fain to everyone. I am a bit squeamish when it comes to needles and drills and I had not one ounce of fear in my body. He makes you feel very comfortable and confidant. Finally! Very professional and kind. My husband Edoardo checked several dentists, fortunately he found Dr. Fain and was very pleased to come across such a great person. Dr. Fain is very honest, provides excellent service and is very fair with his prices and has a great staff. Do not waste your time going elsewhere and stick with Dr. Fain. You won’t go wrong!

Best dentist and staff hands down! My dad is a retired dental surgeon so my expectations are high and I was so impressed by the quality of his work and the service I received. I also love the fact that I never have to wait. how rare is that! I have had all types of work done from cleanings, to removing a wisdom tooth, to putting a permanent implant and I have never experienced this quality of service and attention to patients before. I could not recommend Dr. Fain enough! You won’t be disappointed!

I’m one of those scared– of– the– dentist types and I have to say that Dr. Fain makes it a nice non-​scary experience. He really helps you feel comfortable, especially because he is very proficient AND has a kind manner… AND…he was able to get my teeth white… finally!
