I walked in for the first time to see if I can get a consultation for eye redness and discharge, which I believe is an eye infection. The female receptionist – perhaps a doctor, given her need to tell me that she «would not be able to see me today» (before I was able to tell her what was wrong or anything) was very dismissive at best and plain rude at worst. As soon as I mentioned that I didn’t have an appointment, she became very snippy. I will NOT be stepping foot here, even if my eyes were falling out!
