Business Owner

Jurado & Farshchian, P.L., is an experienced law firm providing legal services in the areas of real estate, business, and immigration law. We specialize in commercial and residential real estate transactions and property defense litigation, general corporate and transactional matters with an emphasis on corporate formation, stock and asset sales, contract drafting, and business immigration. We take great pride in identifying ourselves as entrepreneurs and small business owners, and are passionate about helping others achieve their dreams to do the same. We also strongly believe in giving back and are actively involved in our community. Romy Jurado regularly speaks at conferences and publishes a blog, both aimed at helping entrepreneurs embarking on or developing business ventures. Romy also speaks Spanish fluently and proudly offers bilingual services. Jennie Farshchian is very knowledgeable about the local Miami real estate market and real estate transactions in general.
