Gamestop

Hands down the worst GameStop experience that I’ve had in ages. First a few weeks ago I call and ask if I can return a controller that wasn’t working correctly and a lady tells me no because I didn’t have my receipt. I told her that I made the purchase using my GameStop rewards account so it should be logged there and she says that she is unable to look it up. Long story short I come in and go to someone else that actually does what I suggested without me having to walk him through his job.
Next I call today to get a value of a game for trade in and the guy is giving out a random number off of the top of his head with attitude. I then call the aventura mall location and get someone very professional and welcoming even over the phone. Find out that the first guy gave me some random number that wasn’t even close to being correct.
Get some competent people working there that have better attitudes or you will see yourself losing a lot of business to surrounding businesses and locations.

This is my goto Gamestop. They are smaller but the service here is AWESOME. My kids, wife and I are gamers:) and we have traded in here without issue and the staff always make sure that we get what we want.

I like that they are organized. They actually came out and asked what we wanted and gave us a ticket telling us that the ticket would guarantee us the item. When they ran out they would actually let the line know so we wouldn’t be in line in vain. Not a bad start to my black Fri shopping.

I only come here for the men in my life. The always have what I’m looking for and they are extremely nice.
