My sister brought her phone that had a bunch of things wrong with it so the guy charged $ 70, which was a hell of a deal, but my phone just had the home button broken and the guy was charging me $ 130. I didn’t understand that and I thought it was ridiculously overpriced but besides that it only took him like 35 – 45 minutes to repair my sisters phone.

Came here with an iPhone with a cracked screen. They were able to fix it quick and at a reasonable price. Great service overall

Dropped off my daughters phone and I was told that I would get a call with an estimate on the work BEFORE anything would be done to it. As well as being told that since I was referred by T-​Mobile I would be getting a 10 $ discount. A week later I had to call to get the status of the quote (Because no one called me) and I was told to come down and get the phone because it was repaired and ready.
I asked the attendant why no one called to give me a quote first I was told that someone did (They did not) and that it was going to be $ 70 dollars. I asked if that included the $ 10 off from the T-​Mobile referral and they told me there was no such thing. Obviously I complained some more I was told «If you want I can un-​repair it and you can pick it up).
When I got to the store and explained the situation to the manager he apologized and cleared everything up. Up to now the phone works great. So I guess they do good work, but definitely need to work on the customer service skills. Not sure if I would go back. The 3 star rating is due solely to the manager making things right and the quality of the repair.

CPR was a great find. Repaired 2 iphones one with a dead battery and one witlh a broken screen. Very friendly service, the phones were ready on the same day at the agreed on price, was the better i found. They were very willing to disscuss some issues I was having. 10 stars on a 5 star system.

I dropped my Iphone5s and wanted it repaired immediately! I went to a place nearby my house that I usually would frequent, but the tech wasn’t available and they wanted me to leave my phone! Who wants to separate from their phone? NOT ME! so I drove to CPR north Miami quite a few blocks up and boy was it worth it! They not only repaired my phone in 20 minutes, they also went ahead and repaired another issue I was having with the device, unrelated to the cracked screen. The group was so helpful and had such great customer service skills! Thank you Ismael B, Lazaro M and Reynaldo Villanueva for making my bad day a better day! I will be back for any repairs/​purchases I plan to make in future. Thank you!

Excellent Service! Shattered my iPhone 5 screen Saturday afternoon… Called around to a few local places to see what they wanted to charge to repair it. Typically I would have hit the Apple Store, but couldn’t make it before 3pm, and according to one of the Apple representatives I wouldn’t have been able to see a genius as a walk-​in after that point without an appointment… Wackness!
Anyway most of the cell phone repair places here in Miami are garbage, they don’t answer or aren’t open on the weekends. I was working so figured it was cool to wait til Monday morning when most would be open. Hit CPR up at 10:30am and I was out by 11:00! With a new LCD screen that looked factory installed!
And all for under $ 100! You guys rock! Thanks!

I went in to get my shattered glass on my iPhone replaced. I was met with exceptional and professional customer service by the two employees that helped me. My phone was fixed in less than an hour and I was very happy with the price and warranty. I have already told my coworkers about CPR. I hope I’m not in a situation where I have to go back, but if something should happen in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

My screen and display broke last night. I went there the next afternoon and they gave me a free estimate and my phone was fixed within an hour! The pricing was great as was the service. :)
