Definitely take your car to this place. I’m not really one to post too much; however, I will only because I’ve used so many other folks’ Unilocal advice.
This place had me in and out in two seconds and really knew what they were doing. It’s tough to find a place that you can trust. Don’t think about any further just take your car to these guys and I get it done at a good price.

I came in around 4PM w/​o any appointment and said «I think it just needs a recharge because I do get some cooling but not enough.» Within about 20 minutes the A/​C was given a quick look over and then recharged. A/​C now works fine. Price? $ 40.00 — you can’t beat that. I was so impressed so I inquired if they do other mechanical work — unfortunately they just do what their name says, Radiator and A/​C. FWIW, the place was very crowded — so they obviously have a good reputation and do a lot of business — still for me there was only a 20 minute wait — unheared of (fantastic) service.

Good qualified people. They took on a big challenge with my 2009 Saab. It was quite a complicated. It took time and persistence but they didn’t quit until they solved the problem and fixed my air conditioning.
I’m so relieved to be able to continue driving my car. Go there for repair without a doubt.

These guys were awesome again this is my second time I brought my 2003 Nissan Murano. My car was making a strange rattling noise while I was driving. When I brought it to them they found the problem in less than 5 minutes and had it off the lift and fixed within 1 hour with a compressor problem, they charge me only $ 300.00 problem fix and I’m very happy customer because I have a/​c again. They know what they’re doing and are extremely nice guys that don’t over charge. Definitely recommend them and will be back if I have any other trouble. Roy the manager and his team work hard to have the best customer services ever. I will always recommend this place.

These guys are the real deal. Roy and his boys are truly the A/​C magicians. The staff is super corteous despite having a crazy amount of work. They are upfront with what your car needs (in my case the compressor was completely dead — it would not start) and will get the job done in 4 – 5 hours. I asked for an Über and went to FIU Biscayne Bay Campus –5 minutes away and $ 6– to get some work done. 4 hours later I called to check the status and it was already done. The price and quality of the workmanship is hard (or even impossible) to beat. They take pride of their job and they even give you a 6 month warranty. If I would have taken my car to the dealership it would have take a week and cost me 4 – 5 times more. Keep up the good work guys!

I called dealer to fix my a/​c and they said they wouldnt be able to look at it till the afternoon, as i am under warranty. I placed that call early in the morning around 7am. I didnt have time to wait that long so i shot straight to roy and his boys. I even made an appointment online bc he does have his website set up so u can do so. Ive been coming here for almost 10 years. They use this detection machine that makes a funky sound when it detects a leak of freon. You have to check that out. They started workin while i snoozed in the back of my suv, next thing you kno i hear my hood shut and it’s ready to go. It’s still blowin cold, and they give warranty too. If u have to wait a long time while there order a über or eat at the sanwich shop up tha street.

Thanks to my fellow Unilocalers I landed into this place. I was helped right away by Kovell, he took my car for diagnosis and came with the solution, I was given another estimate before and came out to $ 1000! but then I came here and the same work along with warranty (which the other place did not offer) was $ 380. They did all in no more than an hour. I was IMPRESSED by their honesty, professionalism and warranty. I would recommend this place to anyone that need an honest and fast air conditioning repair.
I waited until now to review to make sure all was good and it wasn’t a scam. So after many many months my air conditioning is still PERFECT.

Roy and his crew do a great job. This is the third time I have used them and I’ll continue to return when the need arises.
Our 2004 Honda CRV had the AC compressor basically explode. When this happens it contaminates the AC entire system. It’s a bad design and Honda knows it and covers some of the repair if the car is young enough (ours was not). This would be a minimum of a $ 2000 job at Honda and Roy and his crew did it for about a third of the price.
The shop isn’t fancy. I appreciate that. I only want to pay to get my car fixed right not for the additional overhead of a fancy shop. Every time I’ve been there the place has been a beehive of activity. That doesn’t happen on accident.

Horrible. Took my car in for one problem and they created another. Went in to get the second problem fixed and the manager said they were two different problems and that they would fix it but I would be charged. I accepted because I figured he was right and I just wanted to get my wifes car working. He tells me car will be ready in less than 3 hours… my car ends up staying there overnight. Not only that but I go to pick it up the next day and my car alarm is not working because they somehow unhooked it. I go and complain to the manager and he tells me he will have to have the car looked at my his technician who is not there and so I will have to come back. I go back hours later and pick up the car and I pay, full price I might add, and a few days later I realize that the dash is all messed up. (They claim they had to go behind the dash to fix he problem). Pieces on the console are not where they were originally and they stuffed my bass remote that I have hooked to my amp inside the steering wheel column. At this point I was extremely frustrated with the situation but at least the A/​C was working right? WRONG. AC STOPPED WORKING AND IS DOING THE SAME THING IT WAS DOING BEFORE. I will be going in this week to lodge a complaint against the BBB for this company and I will also be going in to get everything fixed and seeking some sort of compensation for this because I dont stay around the corner from the place. I literally have to drive 30 mins just to get there. I will update this review once I go in and let you all know if problem was resolved.

I went today at 9am to fix my AC and they quote me for a new compressor. They told me, will be done 2 or 3 hours. I was there till 6pm. You should have a vending machine for the customers and be more honest with the time. AC was repaired and cooling at a reasonable price.

I have been using this company for 25 years. They are always honest and their prices are great. The parts they use are of top quality. Ray always explains what is wrong and there are never any surprises with the cost. My 97 Cadillac was checked out and all it needed was Freon. The ac is now really cold. The car has one of their compressors and has worked perfectly for over 5 years. AAA is one of a kind. I wish all business’s were like them.

Got there and Roy the owner was so nice and attentive! I arrived at 8AM when they opened and he quickly got my car in to get serviced. Before the end of the day was over my car was done and my AC was good as new! The lady at the front desk was very nice, too. Definitely recommend this place and its affordable! So one of my cars’ AC broke. It’s Florida, and summer’s creeping up.
I’d been driving around for a while trying to neglect the lack of a cool breeze, fearing the fix would cost me a bundle…
Anyways, I ended up here. They quickly checked out my car, found the problem, and ordered a broken part. They told me to come back as soon as I could and they would install it, which they did. Apparently it took them all day and they had to remove the dashboard etc. But now it works (for now, at least). The damage was under 500. Still stiff, but from what I can tell, not unreasonable for the type of repair.

I never thought the words, «honest» and «repair shop» could ever belong in the same sentence, but this place surely proved me wrong! My A/​C was not cooling like it is used to doing (or at least I thought).
The repair tech hooked up my A/​C to the machine thing and when it was all done, he basically told me there was nothing wrong with my pressure or freon since the temperature was able to reach 40 degrees.
He told me my compressor made some noise but that it was not necessary to fix it since it was obviously functioning fine. If it should break, he quoted me the cost which was reasonable (reasonable only because I ended up asking people afterwards about pricing).
Oh, I am a female who knows NOTHING about cars despite the fact that I am surrounded by airplane and auto mechanics in life, but they were all unavailable at the time of my ‘emergency’ lol. Despite my obvious lack of knowledge, the tech and the manager were great at explaining the possible ‘issue’ which really was not an issue lol. Because I mentioned the Unilocal check in coupon, it cost me all of $ 10 to diagnose my non existent A/​C problem and to learn something about the layperson’s mechanical Knowledge of auto A/​Cs.
This is my first review and never had the desire to review anything else before but felt compelled to let everyone know this repair shop is top notch and trustworthy … Go figure!!! Lol

Amazing experience with the replacement of my evaporator — the owner, Roy, was honest and continued to show me the progress of the work being done. yes !!! They did it again another happy customer :)), I took my HONDA civic ex 2006 because the a/​c was broke two months ago, at the dealer told me they charge 900 to get it fixed or could be more!!! Whatttt are u serious ??? Well I found out this guy Roy browsing online, thank God I found the best mechanic on a/​c, the warranty for my was to ear when he told me «If we don’t fix it you don’t pay» well, they did it. It took time to find the problem but it doesn’t matter he asked me 330 and I had to replace a fan on the radiator that was weak so that was 75 more, yess around 420 for everthing: compressor, climate panel, fan, frion charge, is a price that you can afford if you compare with dealer prices like Aventura Honda in fl, I will never will back to that dealer again, thanks again 100% recomended the A/​C works perfect !!!

When my AC broke in the days before summer, I knew it needed to be fixed ASAP. I originally took it to Sears for an AC recharge but it only took for a few minutes and then started blowing hot air again. So, they recommended these guys. I was a little skeptical given some of these reviews but I figured it was worth a shot.
First things first, if an organized line is something you’re expecting, you’ll be a little frazzled but trust me Roy is a great business guy. My car had to stay until the following morning because I arrived later in the day (near 1pm) and they needed to get a certain part to fix it. But what I loved is how up front and honest he was about what was being done and for how much. Even while waiting to have it fixed the following day, two other women were exchanging stories of how many years they have been bringing their cars (20+ years) — and these types of WOM reviews speak volumes for me.
As for pricing, I remember asking Sears how much they thought it would be to fix, and they told me with labor and such around $ 600 — and AAA charged me $ 550 plus tax, so that was definitely reasonable.
It’s been a week since having my AC fixed from them and it’s running perfect. Definitely recommend, just come early before it gets crazy busy.

Saw the great reviews on Unilocal so I came on over for an A/​C recharge. Met the son at the front desk he asked me where my car was, within 5 minutes my car was in getting a recharge during the process. The guy working on my car noticed that one of the fans on the fan assembly wasn’t working. I hadn’t noticed that before so I curiously asked some questions about what that could lead to then asked for a quote.
The guy told me $ 350, I thought that was a little steep. When I went in to pay for the recharge the son behind the counter double checked my quote with his father and was requoted $ 195. Definitely get a direct quote from the big guy in charge he seems to know what hes talking about. I came back home to check prices on the part and for a replacement its about $ 120 – 160 for the fan assembly. So with labor and everything, its a really good price and the father was right on point with his quote.
I might try to tackle this job myself but if not I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll refer anyone that needs car A/​C work to this place. I was in and out with my car blowing cold air in 10 minutes and with a good quote.

These guys are pro. You walk up to a friendly greeting, a size-​up and repair options are determined from a few questions and several options with fair quotes up front are offered.
For my wife’s 05 S40, the A/​C compressor clutch was indicated as the main problem as it would be cold at startup but blow only ambient air after a short while. It was replaced in 20 – 30 minutes for about $ 208. The car was out front with cold air blasting again by the time I was able to make a phone call and check a few emails. Not expecting any further issues and will update this review in time.
