Business Owner

Keith is the founder of Richardson Properties and Richardson Builders located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Keith has extensive experience in commercial real estate development. His many development projects include: Gateway Plaza, Gateway Self-​Storage, Richdale Center, Candy Apple Center, Malvern Center, The Pointe Brodie Creek Apartments, River Pointe Apartments, River Pointe North Apartments, River Pointe Office Park, and River Pointe Plaza.

Keith is also a member/​co-​founder of RichSmith Development and Ridge Construction located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. RichSmith Development specializes in the development and management of multi-​family housing and currently has developments in over fifty locations throughout Arkansas, Tennessee and Louisiana.

Keith attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. His studies emphasized Accounting and Finance. Over the past twenty years he has been an entrepreneur developing market rate
