Twin Peaks, CA
For price, view, and proximity to downtown I’m giving 4 stars, but if peace and quiet is what you’re looking for this is not your place. There’s a beautifully lit footbridge to the Clinton Presidential Library that made for a nice evening stroll and the skyline views of Little Rock were awesome. A nearby airport was a little noisy but we would defiantly go back if passing through North Little Rock again.
