This is a quick place to go and get a DOT drug test done for new employment and although it was a fast, easy experience, I had a lot of issues with the young-​ish woman behind the counter. She was exceptionally rude, short with her answers and had such an attitude. It made the experience that much more difficult. When I asked to speak to a manager and was asked «in reference to what», and I answered «a complaint», her tone of voice immediately changed. Unfortunately, the manager was also condescending and rude although he was able to give me more answers than the receptionist was. Won’t be back. We’ll stick with Concentra from now on.
