We didn’t actually buy any sod here, but the gentlemen who work here are generous and kind. Let me explain!
The short story is that my fiancé and I were driving from California to South Carolina using a moving van to tow a car dolly. We were forced to exit near this business when a pin holding our hydraulic lift broke, causing it to drag on the highway. Bob, one of the employees at Arkansas Sod and Turf, spotted us trying to improvise a fix when he offered to help. He brought us into the lot, replaced the pin, and gave us a spare one in case we needed it. He even offered to let us walk our dog in the back!
The character of the people at a business tell you a lot about what kind of product/​service you’re going to get. The gentlemen here were courteous and AWESOME and saved us a fair amount of panic and delay in an already difficult drive.
Just plain amazing.
