A Haitian friend recommended this bakery as I’ve been on a search for Haitian patties since relocating from New York. There was a long line with about 6 people ahead of me. I knew the baked goods would be delicious as I heard chatter all around in Haitian creole. I ordered two fish (Morue) cod patties and finished them before I got home. The patties were flakey on the outside and soft and succulent in the center. The cod isn’t spicy and has a mild fish flavor combined with herbs and vegetables. I recommend you try them out!
