After buying and cooking some filets and ribeyes I realized how poor quality the beef was. The beef was tough and had that hard fat that you just have to throw away. Would not buy from these guys again. Im glad I only bought a few. Someone came by our neighboorhood and gave his sales pitch. I told him I would try a couple of steakes and if was good would buy from him regularly. He never came back, which tells me, he knew the quality was poor. Found out my neighboor bought from him earlier and had the same poor experience.

While I still think they use somewhat deceptive selling practices when pitching their products, I was surprised to receive a call directly from the President of the company. When I expressed my displeasure, he advised that their operations manager would be contacting me about issuing a refund and picking up the unused portions. They followed through and picked up the remaining product and issued a refund less the product that had been consumed. I was good with that, so I will give the company credit for stepping up to the plate and making this right.

I bought once from this guy Jerry, and had an excellent experience with him and their products. But when I called to have him bring me some steaks again, Jerry had his arrogant boss with him who is Fat and bald(just like myself lol) this boss insulted me to the max by mentioning my departed Son who was an army medic. To the management, please do not let this SOB be associated with your business or company!!! Mr. Arrogant boss, karma will be upon you

This company gets panned all over the internet(especially in other cities) but I’m here to tell you that they really aren’t bad. They provide flash frozen, individually packaged, portion controlled, meats delivered to your home with great customer service. To be fair, I didn’t actually like the product. I found the beef to be too tender(a weird complaint, I know) and I only tried the beef. But the salesman assured me that they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I’ll be darned if they didn’t honor it quickly and with no hassle. The owner John Mataya and manager Mike Lavis(I might have spelled that wrong) are upstanding guys dedicated to customer satisfaction and I applaud them.
