Emily, at Store Pickup — the degenerate white girl with the dorky side shave with a braid and the poorly drawn on cats eyes — was a total derp and displayed horrible customer service. The Customer Service area is pretty tiny, yet she didn’t see my fiancé and I standing a foot away from her under the big yellow sign that says ‘Store Pickup’ for like 5 minutes. At least that’s what she claims after we stood there not being acknowledged once, yet we made plenty of eye contact. I asked her if anyone was going to help us and her response was ‘the line starts back there’, where two people JUST arrived 5 minutes after we stood where we thought we were supposed to be, like dumbasses. Because how were we supposed to know that we were supposed to stand under the sign that had a list of services we didn’t need, but rather the other big sign that said ‘Store Pickup?’ Ok, fine, simple mistake, right? So, she’s gonna help us right? Because, regardless of whether we went a foot past her and stood there clear as rain, we did get there first, right? So, it’s our turn to be helped, right? WRONG. She literally had us go to the back of the line. Bravo, idiot. Btw, I pointed this out to her. I literally said ‘so you’re telling me that we now have to go to the back of the line, even though we got here first?’ She literally said, ‘sorry, I didn’t see you’. That was her excuse. So, Emily, who is obviously new to Customer Service. Let me school you a little. First, when a customer walks up, ‘acknowledge them’. Then, greet them and advise them on where the proper place is to stand. But, we’re all human right? If you do make a mistake and don’t see the customer, then take responsibility for your neglect and immediately help that person. Either that, or gtfo of the customer service industry. Because, you majorly suck at it, on top of obviously sucking at life. Cause really, how long were we gonna stand there, silently, before she said anything? Also, would it have hurt the other customers in line who has just arrived to wait, just like us, while she ran back for a sec to grab the item we ordered online? Also, why was there some overweight chick walking around behind there also not acknowledging us? Why is there no sign that says ‘line starts here?’ Why does Store Pickup have it’s own sign and ‘everything else’ has it’s own sign? Why not put Store Pickup in the one ‘everything else sign, since we’re all in one line for one stupid attendant with poor aesthetics and manners? These are the people with jobs, while people more worthy of work are unemployed. Brilliant system we have here. Needless to say, we’re not going to be returning to that place.

I go here because it’s nearby with a lot necessities with low prices. The staff for the most part doesn’t really care, so that is always a downer. Lately its hard to find the things we need. So if we can, we go down the street to Smiths where we usually find what we need with better service.

Low quality product, clientele and employees. Can’t even keep the shopping carts picked up in the parking lot. Ghetto place is bringing down the neighborhood. I’ll Go to the Smiths up the street two blocks.

Not a fan of this location. They are usually out of everything that you might be looking for and they dont keep the store clean. Most of the produce is very sad looking and typically one cashier open(so plan on it taking about 20 min to check out). 2 stars for convenience(only other store within a few miles is smiths on centennial).

Manager is extremely rude and very uncaring. I called with a general question and she flat out said no without letting me finished then hung up the phone on me. As far as being inside the store, the store is fine itself but the lines are horrendously long.

Never think to yourself that your gonna run to the store really quick! Especially if that store is Walmart. Mostly all checkers there have no sense of urgency and the people that shop there, wow! So broke! So broke that they’re to blame for the lines because they’re unable to pay for their crap. Why is it that I have to wait twenty minuets(not an exaggeration) to pay for my groceries with one person ahead of ME! While their other employees«act» like they got better things to do. There was a reason I stopped shopping at Walmart. For sure, I will never step foot in this place again!
