Troy at Too Cool is just that. He has done an outstanding job keeping our 30 year old decrepit pool as cleans as possible. He goes out of his way to help when I have problems and is very knowledgeable about maintenance and clever ways to re-​route pipes to avoid an old heater and super pump that wasn’t super anymore. Honest, dependable, and very knowledgeable. I needed a filter unit replaced a couple of years ago and Too Cool has been my company ever since. They always know what needs to be fixed and help me get the best price on everything. When you have an emergency, they always do their best to get there ASAP. Me and my fiancé just bought our first home, and it came with a pool. We have no idea how to maintain or even where to have started. We called a couple local pool services and all they did was come to my house and tell me that they would sell me a whole bunch of parts and how much it would cost us but that even after spending thousands of dollars with them, that they still wouldn’t do weekly services on our pool. They just threw out a bunch of pool terms and prices. We didnt know what to do. We soon gave up and went to Leslie’s pool supply to try and do this ourselves when, the gentlemen working there suggested we use Too Cool pool and spa repair. He said even the Leslie’s pool supply store recommended them. So, we gave them a try. Troy came out the next day, addressed all of our problems and even educated us on pool maintenance and the issues we were having. No, trying to get us to spend a boat load of money either. My pool was looking green, and just disgusting until troy came and by later that night it was cleared up and swimable. The stress of the pool has been lifted and we now have comfort in knowing that we found an excellent pool tech, that is super cool, friendly, honest, and I know I can trust him to keep our pool looking sparkling clean. And they didn’t deny us weekly services. Instead, offered them upfront at a super great price. Too Cool pool and spa beats these other guys by a landslide and I suggest anyone with a pool to use them. They really did save our pool. Me and my fiancé are so lucky to have got reffered to them. You will not be disappointed, only satisfied and happy with this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
