Just bought a house and needed the carpet cleaned before moving in. We paid for tile cleaning and carpets in the entire house about 1700 square feet. Paid about 600 dollars for the service. They did a good job with the carpet. Tile turned out ok, but in the downstairs bathroom they totally broke off the door stopper. Pieces of wood from the bathroom door came off along with the door stopper. Then they pulled out the faucet sprayer and broke that. I wouldn’t call them ever again after this experience.

The crew from SS just left. So now we have to wait 24 hours to enjoy the freshly cleaned carpets.
The crew arrived at the scheduled time. They walked through the house, gave us an updated estimate, and got down to work. Every 20 mins or so they asked us to come in and take a look at the progress.
They wrapped up our 3 bed 2bath house in less than 2 hours. Our tile and grout is clean and the carpets are fluffy and fresh. I knew every stain was not going to be gone or that the carpet was going to look brand new. But I’m now comfortable and ready to move in knowing that it was cleaned, deodorized, and scotch guarded. The crew was knowledgeable and professional at all times. I could see they took pride in their work.
I’m going to call them back to clean the carpets at the rental that we are moving out of.

James and James cleaned our carpet today. They did a great job, and I was very impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail. It was refreshing to have carpet cleaners that really knew what they were doing. They were easy to work with and very helpful when it came to moving the furniture around. Our family’s dirty carpet looked brand new by the time they were done.

Called Stanley Steemer and asked if they would be able to come out and clean our carpeting ASAP… to my surprise, then came out within a few hours. The two gentlemen that performed the cleaning were Blake and Aaron. These guys were magic. The carpet got cleaner better than I thought possible. They continued to shampoo until it was done to our satisfaction. I recommend Stanley Steemer, but for everyone in Las Vegas, make sure you request Blake and Aaron.

No, really, I knew they meant business once I opened the door. My last carpet cleaner came in with a small handheld device and disrespected my carpet with his pathetic tools! Anyways, I was greeted by my awesome carpet cleaners, Miguel J. and Jesse V. I brought them to inspect the rooms they’d be cleaning and they accepted the challenge with a smile.
Our master bedroom’s carpet had minimal urine stains on it from our puppy, easy to clean. Our office on the other hand was trashed. It’s the room we have our doggy door in so during the hot summer months when the gravel was too hot to walk on, the puppy would poop and pee right in front of the doggy door rather than go out it!
Miguel and Jesse took their time to make sure the carpets were spotless! They paid special attention to pet and mystery stains. Worked hard to expel the odor and even played with our dogs.
When they left I felt like had brand new carpet! Stanley Steemer is definitely getting my business from now on.

Disappointed totally! They gave me a price over the phone for what I told them I needed, and when they get there they told me It would be better to add various options since I had a dog, and there was things I could do if I wanted to make my carpet look new again, and that bringing my bill way up high, and the job wasn’t done good so they had to come back, also they sprayed spray on my nice wood bed that I have, and I told the guy, it was either Jhune or Miguel, to not spray that on my bed, and he said it was okay for wood it wouldn’t mess it up, it was made for wood, and it did, leaving my bed with white spots on it I realized later on. These people either aren’t trained right, or they don’t give a damm or both. Don’t call these people they should not be in business. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, they aren’t worth the time, and they also lied, saying my carpet would look brand new again, and this was what I needed for it. I wanted to not have to buy new carpet and try to save some money, but with the total price when this was done, I could’ve bought some new carpet, and not been much different price for it. These people are rip-​offs, and scam artists, and they totally suck! I’ll never call them again, this makes me sick I lost so much money with them that shouldn’t have happened.

The crew that came out to my house did a great job that definitely exceeded my expectations. They didn’t try and up sell me and were very courteous and did a great job cleaning getting in and out very while still leaving the carpet spotless. They even worked around some of the furniture I didn’t want moved and still got every spot.

The two Stanley Steemer technicians were so kind and did a fantastic job! Davie was super sweet and my husband and I agreed that kindness goes a long way! We too haven’t had our carpets cleaned in 4 years, looks great! Thanks! Ronald and Davie technicians were terrific!

I was very impressed. The guys were on time, highly professional and quite entertaining. They didn’t try to oversell me, which I greatly appreciated. What impressed me most was how speedy they were in getting their work done. Our carpets hadn’t been cleaned in approximately two years, and they now look brand new. I would not hesitate to use Stanley Steemer again and I highly recommend them to my friends.

This was a two man team, who work without stoppage’s he did try to up sell at every chance, but that is their job. I had kitchen title cleaned, and stairs and bedrooms steamed. I was satisfied with all.

We inherited a 20 yr old house that hadn’t had it’s HVAC ventilation or dryer vent cleaned since it was bought. I was experiencing a higher than normal allergy symptoms and decided to have the vent ducts cleaned. The Stanley Seemer crew discovered our vents full of dust and my dryer vent was completely clogged at the roof vent. I had them install their dryer sensor system to prevent this from happening in the future. The Stanley Steemer crew did a great job, cleaned up their mess after they were done. I will be using them again without hesistation.

Always fast thorough and on time. They protect the bannisters and woodwork with plastic pieces so they don’t scratch. I’ve been using them for about 10 years and am under their three cleanings per year contract.

I chose the $ 99 for 3 areas, I chose the stairs, hall and master bedroom. The crew tried to upsell about 6 or more times, annoyed, then kept trying to quilt me into more options saying it’s healthier for my child if I add these items, more annoyed. They went over the area once and it did not look great, for the price it is not worth it. It is all false advertising they should really quote square footage since the hall way was so small I didn’t consider it the size of a room. Then they askednif I had checks or cash because their credit card machine was broken. Tracking more dirt into the kitchen I had just mopped, they should really consider using booties to cover their shoes since it is completely counter productive for them to be wearing their dirty shoes all over the house when they are there to clean the carpet, I was going to use em for our other home but decided overall for the money it’s better to stick to pay more and get a better value and choose another company, there’s amton out there. Oh and the carpet cleaner proceeded to complain about his day as he was running my credit card over the phone :(

We haven’t had our carpets cleaned in 4 years and they looked horrible. The crew came out today and made them look so much better! They were quick and very, very courteous.
