Sunday afternoon and only one checker available. Been in line for over 15 minutes and no apologies for the wait and no one coming to help. I would avoid this location!

This location is stocked up for the holidays. Every department was well organized and prices were reasonable. Of course it’s reasonable… it’s Ross.
Staff was friendly and outgoing, some of the best I’ve seen from this organization. I would get here soon before the store is completely trashed like Old Navy.

i love this store, although i find myself buying more than i expected (all the time!) i just find cool stuff. the thing is if you don’t buy it then you’ll probably never see it again. they never carry the same products, but the products they have are name brand at a decent price. They also have cool items for dogs like kennels, bedding, toys and treats and they’re priced really cheap compared to the pet stores.
They have colognes and perfumes «name brand» but, no testers! Grrr! i can’t buy it if i can’t sniff it, duh?!! frustrating (they do have a policy if you don’t like it you can return it) well that’s all good but to me it’s wasted energy.
It’s also the holiday season and i was surprised the line wasn’t as long as i thought it would be, i got through like a champ (guess i got lucky!) Did i mention i was a shopaholic? I Am! which makes this place really dangerous for me! so if your like me use caution. Good luck my friend, cool stuff inside!

This location is a bit different than some of the others to me. The employees were friendly and helpful, but the clothes section was really lacking. They just seemed to have the same type of color or pattern over and over without the variety I am used to. I did find some kitchen gadgets that were priced right and enjoyed looking at some of the other household stuff they had. The selection of purses was not great and like the clothes it was the same style purse hung in many areas with no real options to choose from. I did see some towels and sheets that I might come back and purchase since I have been happy with bedding I have bought at other Ross locations before. This Ross is (for now anyway) in a low key shopping center and finding parking isn’t usually an issue.

One of my favorites Ross’s in town. Great selection and prices. I just make a point to go right when they open because like any other Ross, our can get a little unorganized. But I walk out with something every single time!

I love that I am greeted right when I walk in! I also love that they are open late! They have a great selection of dresses and shoes. They used to have great teens blouses, but they’ve stopped. They do not have much to choose for sports wear. I also wish they didn’t close their fitting rooms so early before closing!

Will never go back to this store again. I’m waiting in line to pay, I was next and another woman behind me. Some woman/​customer that was to good to wait came up and asked the employee with the black ponytail, if they open another cashier. She said yes, but totally ignored us waiting in line. And I mentioned to the employee that we’re first, we’re waiting in line. All she said is: oh I didn’t see that! You think she would tell the customer that skipped line that it’s out turn, no we had to wait. What a customer service is that. I put my stuff down and left the store without buying anything. Not with me! I will not be back. We might be in Vegas, but I’m not a damn drunk tourist that is only here for 3 days, I live here and expect good customer service from the stores I go to.

Ross is my favorite clothing store EVER, the prices are crazy-​low! Compared to others in the chain, this store is a bit emptier in stock than most, but it’s also not busy, there’s almost never a wait to check out.

I’ve always been a fan of ross for the odd things they carry for cheap.
At this location I’m a fan of the little dog section they have! Recently got a new puppy so I’ve been puppy shopping lately. I picked up a dog bed, dog clothes and bowl set here! Super cute & reasonably priced. I also like their scrap booking things and random storage boxes with cute designs. I don’t bother to waste my time going through the clothes section and don’t buy any shoes from here either.
I’ll probably stop in now and then to see if there’s anything new on the shelves.

I love Ross! This one is super nice and always has new stuff coming in! The clothes are kind of a packed together like sardines but I guess it depends on what your looking for! Overall, its nice for a day of shopping, even if you don’t know what your looking for you’ll leave with something!

I like this store. I wish they had a Ross s in Michigan! They could use a little organization skills, their stuff seems to be everywhere, but customer service is good. I always find good deals there.

This is definitely not my favorite Ross. Recently they seem to have changed the management or something, but the store is not well stocked, part of the store is empty! There is always a long waiting line for registers. :-/​I always leave the store super frustrated! Today I even asked one of the employees if they could open another register and she plain ignored me! After I told her to look at the long line, she only said, she can see it!
I am actually a big fan of Ross! Can somebody please change something here?
